Aug 27,2022I got very lucky apon joining the site winning a very large amount of money but on withdrawal I have been asked for documents after documents now they ask wat money is in for and wat I spending money on from bank account also about other sites I've used and also tax returns I have never in my life come across this and I still have no sign of my withdrawal I warn every one of you that play this site and those have these problems like me we must all press charges for being robbed. It's OK to take the deposit but on withdrawal it's there way so a losing site all the way u can't win even wen u win

As for the rtp, well that says it all, don't worry, the people who have piled cash into here will be getting cash back. As my investigation has concluded, that it is a scam...I work for the British games commission. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!

Aug 26,2022Terrible site (playwise as well), terrible CS, terrible communication. you join, deposit, play, withdraw then they ask for doc, you upload them and nothing happens days later you call, and they say we don't see that you withdrew anything. then come back to me after an hour and say oh you need to upload docs which i did already. then upload them again and wait again for a day or two nothing happens to go on a chat then they ask they sam upload docs. then take NEW pics and upload the requested docs ..... let see what happened next will update this later. UPDATE _________ One week later after submitting all my documents through multiple channels and many calls and chat, they still say we cannot see any withdrawal although it clearly shows on my account that its status working in progress. but they just don't wanna pay. NEVER join this scam site never play there. UPDATE ---------- They are now claiming that they try to pay but my bank is refusing the payment. literally, I use that card on all other online casinos it's revolute, and in some casinos like 888 I request withdrawal in 5 min it's on my bank. UPDATE ----------- I did eventually got paid by them but this was weeks later, as revenge I played Baccarat and won another 200 got paid again one week later. very slow and sad-looking website, full of glitches and not seeing surviving long. UPDATE 2023 ---------------- After playing on many casinos and how many headaches I got especially the new casinos its fair to say that 32red is still good now compared to them. Their main problem is that they are very slow in processing the payment and their site still good facelift to make it more modern and responsive and good UX and algorithm for games suggestion

Yes this site as some of the best games on there but you never seem to win so whats the point. Ive come to terms that this is here to take your money and thats it. I would stay away if i was you, i deffo will from now on.
