May 06,2022Decided to join up and opted into the 150% deposit bonus which takes you to payment page with various options, I used PayPal as linked to debit card but easier than entering all card details, spent and lost all my deposit but no bonus money arrived.... went on live chat to be told I'd need to make another deposit using debit card as PayPal doesn't trigger the bonus.... I asked several times why it comes up as payment option and doesn't warn you it voids bonus... got no response and then they ended chat..... customer service is poop

May 03,2022Avoid this site. It should be shut down. I’m going to report them to the appropriate authorities. I won £154, went to withdraw it and I could only withdraw £57. The rest was “bonus” money even though I was using my deposited money to play. Then when I withdrew the £57, the rest, £97 was taken away. So I won the whole amount, could only withdraw a third of it and the lost the rest because I made a withdrawal. This site is a scam. Il let you know the update after iv reported them.

May 01,2022a gambling website that is take take take, i played the routlete and believe me in 100 spins the ball went next to the number i picked almost every time, random my backside, i listen to the chat on the site whilst playing and its incredible how many have said that it is a con and they just take your money, i have excluded myself from the site, wish i had never gone on there.

Apr 27,2022Something definitely wrong with 32Red, was a good site to play on, but lately they just seem to leech without any intention of paying out anything let alone decent game play, it just seems to take, take and keep taking. Played DONUTS'S game on 50p stakes took nearly £350 in 7 or 8 deposits to finally get a bonus which paid about £37. I think the Gambling Commission needs to pay them a visit as they did 888 CASINO.

Apr 23,2022Do not go on 32red its a big con ,I took up there offer , it said 50 free spins and like for like money back in bets , I downloaded the app then created my account pressed on the offer and started playing I didn't receive anything off them I contacted customer service ,I was then told I didn't take up there offer and there was nothing I could do they even said if I don't like there decision I could just delete my account what a con it is stay well away from 32red

Apr 18,2022This platform is a complete rubbish... All their promotions are just for people cheating. Just for example- today they presented for me 1000 points as a gift in my birthday. When I redeemed those points they moved this money 100% to bonus part... Are they serious??? Also... when you get even less % on bonus part it's a simply mission impossible to get this money on your cash account because wagering requirements are just for information but in reality you must wager 5x even 10x more what means unreachable for you... and nowhere to see any progress bar for this wagering... so... everything is made you could not win but if you won you could not get this money... simply f***ing ba*tards.

Apr 12,2022Extremely confusing. I have been scammed. I signed up and saw that I was verified, I thought cool, I'll deposit £10. Upon depositing my account is locked, so I head over to Lisa on live chat and she says my £10 will be returned and that they have closed my account as a business decision. Specifically I got this: "Lisa: As mentioned the team are back on shift in the morning, so they will process this then, as per the terms and conditions, this is a business decision, and they do not have to give a reason." Have I been scammed? I thought this was an official website as I saw it on an advert on the TV. I've never signed up with them before. Why let me verify and deposit to just instantly close my account down without reason!

Apr 07,2022Tryed to play and new game called boxes on slots, it took my money but the game didn’t play, spoke to someone this morning regarding this problem and he basically called me a liar,so I spoke to someone else this afternoon and they wanted all kinds of details that I didn’t have. Really. If people try to play this games and lose money 32red will be thousands of pounds up.

Mar 30,2022Won £3160 and there trying to state it is bouns funds that I've withdrawn but you can't withdraw bouns I've sent in all screenshots to prove it was CASH wager and there still saying I'm wrong over 11 screenshots I've sent them. And it states under successful withdrawals £3160 but only paid me £100!!!!!

Mar 24,2022I play on all of the online casinos, some are better than others but 32 red is possibly the worst of them all!! They take and take and take and keep taking with very little in the way of wins. You can deposit hundreds of pounds with hardly any opportunity to earn what you deposit back. If you're reading this to decide which site to have a go at then avoid 32 red, try any of the other major sites, they're much better and you're much more likely to actually win anything!
