Jun 28,2022Absolute joke of a company. Have never experienced anything so amateur. Have taken my money, have told me twice now that they didn’t receive it. The frauds team from the bank have told me that they 100% have the money and have waited over two weeks to hear back from the “relevant department” avoid avoid avoid!!!! Still have not got my money back either of £300… disgrace.

Easy to get funds in, requires a Phd in rocket science plus being accompanied by both great great grandparents to cash out. 12 hours apparently to withdraw to the eWallet Skrill. Hmmmm, me thinks this is an artificial delay. In addition their roulette games are waaaaaay too fast, and the software doesn't work properly. You cannot click on all numbers when placing bets. And don't even think of being able to claim any intro bonus they advertise either because you have more chance of meeting the pope in Tesco.

May 10,2022Naughty company I won quite abit on sports so I decided to take a portion of my winnings to the casino typical rigged slots yet they were clearly stopping any bonus from triggering lol.. I've never seen a company completely fix their slots not to trigger bonuses at all? We're talking 1K+ for not a single bonus.. Soon as they broke even from rinsing me on the casino they locked my account lol. Basically don't touch their casino hit their sports bets and run before they lock your account

May 10,2022Excluded without warning! I have played with 32 red for many years, they suddenly decided to "permanently close my account". No reason, no justification. Just a "management decision" I was fully verified and held the account for many many years. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from them.
