Jun 26,2024I have setup a website in the past for the RDA charity I support and hosted it on a couple of different platforms, none of which were particularly helpful bearing in mind I was new to web design and expensive. I have now been using 34SP for the past 2 years. They helped me setup a more “web friendly “ site and were happy to help me with any queries, in a professional, helpful and most importantly, easy to understand way. They have a special rate for charities and you still get their full and professional help and advice. I would recommend them.

Some years ago 34SP offered to host the charity for free, as they do for many other charities. I have found the service they provide to be first class, reliable, with easy access to support. I love the fact that they will make tweaks and changes for me - I’m not very good at a lot of things. If I have a task I need to achieve or some software I need to run on my server, they are there to help and assist. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you 34sp.

Oct 26,2023I have inherited looking after a web site hosted on 34SP.com using CraftCMS, which is an excellent tool if you know what you're doing with it, and I don't! Because of my knowledge gap I have been a "high maintenance" user on their support service when we have had problems arising because I am unable to maintain it. I have found them to be very responsive and extremely tolerant of my questions which I am sure go beyond the scope of the support they should provide.
