Fantastic company, fantastic product...but as others have said by far the best thing is their very good customer service! I'm not saying it is always perfect, but it's as close you can get and probably the best I have ever encountered, with staff who show a real willingness to help. I manage a number sites so I have been in touch frequently, probably annoyingly so, but they are always friendly and supportive when I call up. When something has (rarely) gone wrong or been misunderstood, they are always quick to rectify or explain it to me. Beyond this, I find 34sp's products to be great, their blog and newsletters are very relevant to me as a Wordpress user and the company as a whole to be ethical and committed to their values. Update, Jan 2023: I have had to reduce this from 5 stars down to 3 as, in spite of several years' notice and warnings, 34SP's Wordpress Reseller package no longer supports newer version of PHP. They provided me no alternatives other than waiting for a new version that never arrived. In the meantime I am unable to update any client website with a shop as it would no longer be compatible, and this has affected site performance and speed. I flagged this two years ago and repeatedly asked what to do as Wordpress was giving me warning the PHP version was outdated. It has given me no choice but to find a new server provider, which is a real shame as in every other aspect 34SP is fantastic. RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW: Thank you Stuart for the reply, I am aware of the beta and am apparently on the list to be part of it since last summer...and we have been told repeatedly that a new reseller plan is on the way for two years now. Unfortunately in the meantime websites have started to break. Customer support has explained the options you outlined several times, they have clearly communicated them, but unfortunately your WordPress package is far more expensive and limited compared to the 34SP Reseller plans which offer more control at a competitive price. Our smaller clients do not need such an expensive plan, due to smaller websites with limited traffic, but they do need a working WooCommerce store. That is why we have sadly had no choice but to move.
34SP has been my host company for several years. I have always found them to be very responsive and helpful, going well beyond the expectations of their role.
There are several things about 34sp support that pleasantly surprised me. The speed with which they responded to my support ticket - really quick. The depth of technical and product knowledge they had - way beyond what I would have reasonably expected. Great follow up - after my initial enquiry they followed up to check that I was happy with the outcome. All in all they surpassed my expectations in all areas and Iād have no qualms in recommending them.

The difference with 34SP.com is their willingness to help. Of course, we expect top class performance from our ISPs and 34SP.com delivers in spades in this respect. Also, their promptness in dealing with technical queries is first class not that it is necessary to get in touch very often! However, what really impresses me is their willingness to deal with general hosting queries. I am looking at setting up an eCommerce site but, having only a little experience in this area, I was extremely pleased at the response to a general query on how to get started. The team could easily have said that this was outside their support remit but they willingly went above and beyond. Really fantastic service.
I've been a 34SP customer for around 10 years now and have always found their service and support to be excellent. Recently I set up a hosted Wordpress account and was blown away by the range of features available out of the box - staging sites, automatic promotion of changes to production, security and performance features without the need for plugins, and much more... far more than you get from the bigger hosting companies, and at a much lower price. So after 10 years I felt compelled to write this review! Good job 34SP :)
I've been a web developer for many years. My clients all need hosting and email and expect me to provide them with bomber services. I'm not an expert in these things, but 34SP are. I've had a reseller account for many years and I can trust their service 100%. Just as important is the quality of their support. It's second to none. Not just fast, but accurate and knowledgable. Getting to the bottom of a problem never requires too many iterations of questions because every one of their highly trained support staff knows the tech inside and out. Highly recommended

Excellent service for Wordpress Hosting. If you are unlucky enough to hit problems they can sort it out very quickly. My site went down due to bad addin. Raised a ticket and it was fixed within 15 minutes.

I seem to have been with 34SP for ever ā certainly 10+ years ā and am always recommending their service to my friends. What differentiates them from the other providers I have occasionally brushed with is that with 34SP you are dealing with real people, to whom you are more than just an account number. They take the trouble to understand what your problem is, and explain what they are doing so that you know what to do next time. Best of all is that they really can sort out pretty well every problem in remarkably short order. You know the saying that ends "... miracles take a little longer"? Well, for 34SP that 'little longer' is remarkably fast. So, well done, everyone. Keep on making this old man very happy!
I have used 34SP for many years now, in the main I have been very happy with service they provide. I recently had an issue (my own fault) that would have had financial implications for a charity fund raising venture, and of course it would be on a bank holiday weekend when things went wrong. I spent several hours simply trying to understand what exactly I had done. I contacted support thinking it would be days before I got any help. I was wrong. Within an hour I was explaining the issue. Within a few hours the website was recovered, email restored So my opinion of 34SP support has changed from very happy to awesomely impressed I really do owe the entire support team a few drinks

Been with 34SP for nearly two years. The service has been very reliable. Their control panel is well featured and easy to use - very easy to create a staging site, make changes before pushing to live. Very easy to create a snapshot - a back up - of your site. Support is very responsive and my last query was answered (with a positive outcome) within an hour. Would thoroughly recommend them.
I have used 34Sp for three years to provide hosting services for my Scout Group. I have to say up front that they do this free of charge. Everytime I have had cause to contact their helpdesk the service has been excellent. The support people are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I would.not hesitate to recommend 34SP
