The responsiveness helpfulness, efficiency, accuracy and friendliness of their team to any questions big or small is second to none, NOT only in the web hosting industry, but, frankly, unsurpassed in any other service industries. Im an entertainer and run a musicians website and Im not that technical and theyve been very helpful. I was first recommended to them by a web designer friend of mine about 10 years ago.
I have been hosting sites with 34SP.com for over 10 years and their service has been excellent. Every email to tech support has been answered by a very knowledgeable (and pleasant!) human within six hours or less, even on a Sunday. The few server problems I have experienced have been fixed quickly; one one occasion, they informed me that a site of mine was carrying malware - I would probably never have found this out myself. Their prices aren't the lowest; but neither are they the highest and I'm happy to pay more for great service.
I have been with 34SP for quite a few years now and of course yes I've had a few problems, mostly of my own doing. Open a ticket with them and expect a response almost immediately. The ticket will not be closed until you and them are totally satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend 34SP to anyone whether it's low entry or high scale hosting etc.A superb company to deal with.

How many times have you reported a problem to a provider and repeated the same issue over and over until you find somebody who understands your problem ? I have several times and recently spoke to 4 different people and four hours later before I got the answer! This is why I have returned to 34sp because I never have this issue with their support. Once we lost all our emails due to "user error". Phoned up 34sp and they understood the problem and restored lost emails from their backups! Had trouble setting up email on iphone - one call and sorted. Had problem activating email on new website - sorted within minutes with one call. As I work in IT support myself I am pretty keen on getting good support and when I get I have no problem in making recommendations.
Working with 34sp has not only provided me a great way to offer and expand my online web business. We have grown from having a few websites to now being an active resseller and now have over 60 websites under our control varying from small to large ecommerce solutions. Having taken on a friends website with a unknown build standard, and environment the task and learning curve would have meant lots of negative revenue hours. 34sp.com's support team have been more than helpful. They have been attentive to the owners change requirements, and communication with myself has been very good.
