We had problems in the past with two previous hosting companies for a number of WordPress sites - lack of response, sites vulnerable to hacking, site speed issues, etc. All these have been resolved since moving over to SP34. Customer service is top notch, the sites are fast and we can sleep at night. Thank you!

The support from 34SP.com in moving from a free WP blog to self-hosting has been amazing. It took me nearly a year to bite the bullet, anticipating all sorts of issues and IT panics. Some of them did occur but they were dealt with so reassuringly and solutions always explained in a way that I could understand. I've learned a lot along the way but mostly that paying for 34SP.com to host my site is money well spent! Kayleigh went above and beyond in helping to fix some sticky issues with images and formatting and it's such a help to know she's only an email away when I encounter problems.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and as I am not a programmer then they always go the extra mile to help with an honest and refreshing desire to see you succeed in your projects. I had been having problems with emails which actually did not have anything to do with them at that time and the information I was being given by others was not correct so very confusing. I've been with 34sp.com for the past 20 or so years and they have always been super helpful when I've had a problem. (Of which I've had many!) There are many things that we frontend designers can't see so backroom support is invaluble in exposing what's really going on. I feel many of the super cheap hosting sites don't bother about support and if you pay paenuts you'll get monkeys. 34SP.com is a very reasonably priced service with as much informed support as I need. Highly recommended.

I contacted 34sp.com for assistance with getting a wordpress environment set up and the process couldn't have been any easier. Really helpful peeople on the end of a phone and chat session and we were up and running in a couple of days. I have used 34sp.com for years both for hobby sites and now for a new business site. I'm not hugely technical and the support I get from the team at 34sp has always been phenomenal. Always very quick response with relevant advice or, in the case of a recent domain name update, they took over the process and completed it for me with no fuss, downtime or technical issues. Other companies take note, all customer service experiences should be like this. I won't be looking elsewhere for hosting anytime soon that's for sure.

When problems occur, the support team solves them - and they do it quickly. One example was the installation of my first Moodle course on my training site. There was some tweaking that needed to be done before it would operate properly and was beyond my knowledge. I handed the problem over to 34SP and they got it up and running in no time. It has been running without problems ever since. When you need support, you generally need it fast. This company does that.
