I've used 34SP since 2004 hosting sites ranging from the simplest websites to a national UK magazine running web systems used by tens of thousands of people every year. I've been consistently impressed over the last 15 years by their high level of technical expertise and their excellent UK based customer support which is the best that I've encountered.
I've been a customer of 34sp.com's professional hosting and domain registration services since 2004 - first for a personal website and then since 2008 for my company's website. Service reliability and performance has been excellent throughout, and the site admin interface provided is simple and easy to use. Service features have been added or improved over the years - e.g. free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, snapshot backups - maintaining a competitive position in what is a pretty crowded market. I'm an IT person and have worked professionally with service providers of all shapes and sizes over the years. 34sp's support team is certainly one of the best I've worked with - responsive, helpful and effective, generally turning round any queries or issues I have within a few hours. Highly recommended!
Always found them to be very helpful with their customer service. I am no computer expert but use their resellar account because I have a few personal websites so cheaper that way. Whatever problem I have run into they have always sorted it out quickly enough. I also help run a charity and they host websites for free for charities which was great as money is tight in the charity sector.

I have been with 34SP for more than 15 years, now, I think. I started with them, initially, because they offered the best value hosting product for my very modest needs. But I think I struck gold, because the customer support is phonemenonally good. No scripted first line support, I am straight through to someone who knows their stuff and responds to me as an individual rather than as a problem. That kind of thing is important to me. Even 15 years on, their support model is the best I have seen anywhere, bar none. And it remains extremely competitive price wise. Their servers deliver the goods, too. On the very rare occasions something does go wrong, their status page always seems up to date, informative and honest. But things don't wrong often to me. Stonkingly good is my verdict.

As a charity volunteer I update and maintain the Age Concern Epsom website. We use 34SP for our hosting and I have to say I am so impressed by their set up. We have the Wordpress Hosting plan. It has an easy to use dashboard with excellent security elements and easy free set-up of SSL certificates. What I love best is the staging platform so that you can make all your changes there first and then once you're happy you only have to press two buttons to have everything pushed over to the live site. The customer service is also superb with a professional support ticket system in place. Any any support tickets you send get an automatic confirmation with your tailored answer arriving within a very short time, often under an hour! You can just reply via any email that you receive from them. The answers you get are great and whilst it's not always possible to get the fix straight away they will keep answering until your problem is solved. The tickets are answered by intelligent people who know what they're doing. If the query is more complicated you always have the option of phoning in and I've always got everything solved that way if it was too tricky to resolve in writing.
What I like about 34SP is that when you get lost, there's always someone in support to put you back on the right track.
Recently transferred to 34SP's Wordpress Hosting and took advantage of their free migration service. It was quite a complex MultiSite setup but their team were superb in firstly helping plan the migration then actually doing it. Everything ran smoothly and transition happened on time, with excellent support and communication throughout. Good work guys, and thanks.
I was recommended 34SP by our IT manager at work, mainly because they offered very good (and quick) support. I have always found the 34SP team really helpful, even for the most stupid of questions, and i have had a few of those. My measure of any business, is not based on 'nothing ever going wrong', but on how they respond when things do go wrong. And in my view, the 34SP team do care and are very responsive. I only use 34SP for my home email service, so i cannot comment on any of their other services. I will just add a final example of what makes 34SP a little different. I asked them their advice about archiving my emails by calendar year and guess what? They offered to do it for me! I said yes great and within 24 hours it was done. I cannot see gmail offering that service!
Good website hosting, but don't bother if you're looking for reliable email service. Our business and a separate business that I know have been affected by unreliable email servers with plenty of 20min - 2 hour delays, daily delivery delays, whole days of server problems, webmail not loading and more. It's happening again now and we're super delayed with delivery of projects. When raised issues to support, they don't really seem to care anymore since "they can't match gmail" and nobody tries to make it any better. Hit or miss spam protection too. Used to be much more reliable. We're in the process of moving.
Had an unexpected issue with a website I was managing for an organisation. 34sp got in touch and explained clearly what had to be done and kept me updated every step of the way. Found their online and phone service courteous, relevant and timely. Couldn't ask for more. Have already recommended to another client.
We use 34sp.com for all of our sites now, it is great how we can link them, share them etc. The service we get on the rare occasions something does not quite go to plan is excellent be it by telephone (UK Based, a big plus for us) or the ticketing system. We have recommended 34sp.com to a number of our customers, suppliers etc and will do so in the future.
Very rarely do I leave reviews. I wanted to leave one for 34sp as I feel they definitely went above and beyond with our Wordpress migration and hosting. They spent ages helping us move it and set up the new websites. 5 Stars.
There is a culture of customer service at 34SP.com which, in my view, puts them head and shoulders above all their competitors. Of course they are technically excellent but, more importantly, nothing is too much trouble for the staff at 34SP. Additionally, they keep improving their service offering. I unreservedly recommend them.
I’ve used 34sp for around 10 years for my own and clients’ sites. Service and support has been excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly - even when issues have been down to ‘pilot error’.

I have been using them for a long time now, their support is phenomenal if I ever run into an issue I can place my trust in them to resolve it and they have never let me down!
