Oct 15,2024The program worked as needed. There was a module or two that froze on me but for the most part when it was time to complete my training it worked out fine. The content was very useful and the module quizzes helped me to understand and prepare for the final exam.

Oct 12,2024Real Estate continued ed classes. Long and boring, long wait delays to read materials , trick questions. Takes 5X the time to complete 4-5 hours Only give 2 opportunities to pass test. Test is grueling and very detailed answers almost the same . My experience was horrible .Customer service horrible they laugh at you! Don’t do it!!

Oct 08,2024I ordered and paid for the food managers In Friday night and as I completed up to 50 questions it took me back to the first question and started me over 2 times and then locked me out so I called and they reset it and done the test again it locked me out after 2 attempts. Couldn’t call because they were closed for the weekend so I reached out to them on Monday and finally got someone on Tuesday for a refund and they said I was passed 3 days! What a bunch of bs All I want is my money refunded Don’t use 360 they are scammers!!!!

Oct 08,2024They are money hungry, they do not line up with what is on OSHA’s website. They make their own rules to suck money out of you. Their replacement fee is more than the whole course and they can’t give any good reason other than “processing” but who knows what they process because they won’t provide you with any information about it. Cash grab. Disgusting business practices. Choose another any other training program. I am making sure no one in construction uses this in my area. OSHA gives a long time for a replacement. This company made a dumb rule just to make more money.

Oct 08,2024Worst experience ever to be completely honest. I was trying for about 2 months to take my test through this company and it would not work. When I asked for help, the only thing they could do was blame my internet. They never helped me find another solution. This experience was stressful, not worth it and done without an ounce of professionalism. I will never use 360training again nor will I be recommending it. I recommend ServSafe and Trust20.

Oct 16,2024Horrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would! I've emailed the affidavits department for months to issue out and mail the NY SST. They do not response and when you speak with customer service they tell you they don't have contact with the affidavits department either.
