May 21,2024We purchased 3 courses for our technicians as this was a required training for our customer. when the class was completed we sent the certificate to the customer. once reviewed the customer let us know that the cert is to say the person is a qualified electrical worker. after multiple emails that did not get answered in a timely manner i called in. when calling in i was told that they will not change the certificate so that we can use this training that we paid for. I then asked for a refund for the classes that i have not used and was told that the refund time was 72 hours and that i cannot have a refund either. This class was a waste of time and money and this company is unwilling to help with anything. highly recommend using a local person that is willing to help get what is needed for the classes you pay for and attend.

May 17,2024The State of Connecticut uses an automated program for certified payroll. We, as an employer have to input the certificate number into this program. 360Training's 40 HAZWOPER does NOT have a certificate number. Try and talk to someone outside of their "customer service" call center. I need to talk to corporate, or an instructor, but have received nothing but a run around.
