Sep 27,2024Avoid using this company! This company will never send you the card for the osha training. Does not respond to emails and closes out chats. Offers no help. Takes your money and is just a waste of your time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Would not issue a refund. Had to issue a charge back.

Sep 26,2024Took my renewal courses for Realtor and very unhappy with 360 Training. First of all I have taken courses here before and have done so at a module/chapter level. Completing one chapter at a time self paced. Today I logged in for my renewal courses and found only a PDF of the course materials. No chapter modules and when clicking on NEXT takes you straight to an assessment test! Unbelievable! Now only have 2 more attempts to pass this course, but only after I read an 82 page document. This is not how to promote online training in my opinion.

Sep 26,2024Look you took a lot of material on a course regarding foodborne illness and tossed it in the course to add material. You finally discussed HACCP in the last sections of a 16 section course. Not worth while. Boring presentation of material.

Sep 26,2024DO NOT USE FOR EMT CERTIFICATION IN CALIFORNIA. THIS COURSE IS NOT ACCEPTED AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING. I enrolled in this course believing it would meet California's EMT certification requirements. After completing it, I found out that it is NOT recognized by California for certification. When I requested a refund due to this false advertisement, they refused to provide one. This company is misleading customers, and you will be stuck with a course that is useless for EMT certification in California. Avoid at all costs!

Sep 24,2024The learning experience is antiquated and filled with bugs. Taking tests requires failing to get correct answers as questions are programmed wrong with hundreds of typos/bad grammar. Trying to get my physical card/affidavit approved took five phone calls, hours of my time and resulted in my company deciding not to hire you for our next round of training. This is an awful company with truly horrible customer service. Will not recommend to anyone/will go out of my way to take your business away. 0 STARS!!!!!
