Oct 28,2024I believe the courses have a lot of good information, but a lot of the videos do not play throughout the course. The timer runs and makes you wait to move on, but the video doesn't display.

Nov 04,2024The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. There is a strict policy against returns after a 72-hour period. I purchased four English classes under the assumption that a return option would be available. However, the responses regarding returns were evasive, and I received the same reply on two consecutive days. I would not recommend this service unless the courses were offered at no cost or if participants were compensated for enrolling.
