May 15,2024I purchased the continuing education for California Real Estate Brokers. I completed several of the courses and then discovered that their system would not allow me to take the final quiz for those courses. Their system also gave incorrect hours and minutes that I was studying the course. There was no way I could obtain the certificates necessary to file with the California Department of Real Estate. They refused to refund my money, saying there was a three day limitation from the date I bought the program. It is not possible to discover the defects in their system during that three day period. Do not purchase from these people as they do not back up their product. They sent me an email to contact customer support. I did. No response. Bad experience all the way!
