I signed up with this company to take a class and exam for food service management. The class itself was ok, but it spent way too much time emphasizing unimportant stuff and not enough time on the relevant items. In addition, they use AI to read the material, which has so many typos and poor grammar that I lost count, and the robot reader read it the way it is written. But the real problem came when I tried to take the test online, but their platform kept kicking me out of it when I tried to take the exam (8 total attempts on 3 different browsers), when I called "customer service", they employed a complete runaround that they obviously have been made to memorize, they won't get anybody on the phone that can actually help, I was promised a callback that I never got, and they refused to make any attempt at all to find a solution. No taking of tests in person, no refunds, no partial refund (which is what I asked for since I took the class already), nothing. And after the fact, I found out that another company I was having issues with (charging me monthly fees for a service I didn't sign up for), was owned by the same company that 360 training is. This is a total scam, stay the heck away if you possibly can. I ended up having to pay another company to take the exam (which I did online, and their platform worked fine with my PC, which is what 360 training tried to blame their issues on), so I wasted $120 on these people. Wanted to follow up on this. Since the company completely refused to even make an attempt to allay my concerns or satisfy my requests, I asked my credit card company to dispute the charge (again, only half of it, as I did actually receive the course itself, they just couldn't fulfill their other half of the contractual obligations). 360 Training's response to my credit card company was to send them the fine print on what we apparently sign at some point, although I don't recall it. In that fine print, it literally states that they will not EVER refund anyone's money unless they receive via email; a written request for refund within 72 hours (not business days, just 72 hours) of the PURCHASE. And if you have actually gone online and taken any of the class, then even that slim option is not available. As previously stated, this company literally scammed me out of $120. Another quick update. As you can see, 360 training replied to me and again refused to take any responsibility for their website issues, and again blamed them on me. I do want to state that I did use 3 different browsers in attempts to get this working, because their own employees kept telling me to switch browsers. Their excuse that I had more than one browser open is blatantly a lie, and I only ever switched browsers because I was told to. The only thing they accomplished by replying was to completely stick their collective feet in their mouths.
Very informative and material presented very clearly
One of the items I recognized right off was during the training, 80-90 percent of the pictures didn't match what was being discussed on the slide. for the proce paid for this training you would think they would have matched. Also, the sound didn't work during the training. This could have been my computer settings, but it is something you should check to be sure. Another item, was one of the modules was extremely long. Other than those items, I think the training was great and educational.
Can't believe how difficult it was just to get the proctor and take the test. I probably spent 4 hours total just waiting in queue. Also, tons of tech problems. The first time I took it I got 90% if the way done and it kicked me out of the test and made me take it again. The website also says that you can take the test whenever you're ready, but they do not tell you that it has to be during the time that they have their proctors at the site and available.so it's actually not any time, it is during their business hours, so it's dishonest.
There was not enough detail, several questions on the exam wernt addressed. I could not go back to study slides It was a great course to introduce terms and overall concepts but I had to use another source for further information.

I dont like how classes expire and I am not pleased with customer service either. Prices are only reason I am on this site rather than another for my company
Had to speak with multiple representatives to get my DOB approval for the courses I completed 6 months earlier. Very poor service.
Very good course
This was a simple process but a little bit time consuming. Still, 90 minutes for this certification that can be obtained in the comfort or your own home. Win!

I completed my alcohol training and was never emailed the cert. That was just the inconvenience factor.
I would have loved to give 360Training Five Stars. I had signed up for nine or ten course and completed all but two of them in the allowed time. I reached out to the not very supportive Support Team to get a three month extension to complete the training that I had paid for. Due to life and the time it takes to complete one of these courses especially 24 / 30 / 40 hour courses I need three extra months. I reached out prior to the expiration date, I reached after the expiration date and I called. They have no interest in helping those who have purchased several of their courses. They have Zero understanding or interest in being supportive to their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone from this point forward. Michael, Ret. MAJ
I would give fewer stars if I could. I work in the oil and gas industry and purchased the Osha10 and Osha30 programs. As many of us know that work in our sector our schedule can be grueling and we do not have much time for anything. Finally, I had some downtime so I got on the site to finish my Osha30 (7 hours left). I could not access it. It said it expired on one box and one year of access on another box. Very confusing. I used Osha Academy to acquire other certifications where you can work at your own pace especially when you are paying for it. I called and chatted with an agent and I asked why I was not able to access my course. He told me to go to the site and click Osha 30 then click on a subtitle then click on another subtitle and there was the information. I told him that information should be posted on the actual course when you are signing up. They are basically hiding information. I have been RIPPED OFF! I am out of $200 of my HARD EARNED MONEY with no certificate to show for it.
Easy and affordable
i was taking the final on one lesson and was on question 8 of 20 . it required some math so i was using my calculator, the screen said you have timed out. i couldn't have taken 5 minutes at the time. I then was instructed to take the 2nd attempt and I rushed through it and failed. I explained that the final malfunctioned & that none of the others timed out like that ! They didn't care and made me repurchase the course which I passed. Disappointed that they didn't believe me.
Wish I could give a ZERO star. The service is like being in BONDAGE, imaging an adult going to take a test and they are HARRASSING you with all this nonsense listed 1. You cannot go to the restroom 2. You must look at your computer screen for 1 1/2 hours without looking anywhere else 3. Your windows must all be closed 4. You must show them what is under your desk and in the room where you are seated 5. You must not speak to any, etc a lot of other harassing rules. The service is not very nice at all, it's better to go to a class room. I had so much to do I decided to do this class online and it was INDEED A NIGHTMARE.....Of course I did not pass due to ALL THE STRESS FROM THE PROCTOR
