Oct 04,2024I signed my employees up for a 4 hour scaffold course after being assured via a phone call to them that they would get some sort of certificate immediately upon completion and get my guys back in the air the next day. It has been over a week and all we see is "affidavit pending" then when I try to call they tell me because of security purposes the guys who took the course must call, fine. They call and after getting some nebulous, word salad all we are left with is "well it says your affidavit is still pending" Hey, maybe if you have a few weeks or a month use them, but if you need something quickly, despite them saying that it will be quick, do not use them. And of course a refund is out of the question because the men took the course, but it is the certificate we need to work. You can't just tell a safety inspector that you took 360 training online but the affidavit is still pending. This company left such a bad taste in my mouth it would be best to just let it go for my sanity, accept that the money I gave them I will never get back, and learn my lesson when dealing with snake oil salesmen

Oct 02,2024I recently posted a review about i suspected this company of marking correct answers as incorrect on my final exam. I requested the company send me the results of my exams and they told me that they had found no error. As i had suspected an error on the day of the exam i took a screen shot of the results(proof) and to no surprise the results they sent me back do not match what I had done. This is fraud. They still acknowledge that they have no wrong doing and that I failed. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm out a fee of $450 dollars and no certification.

Oct 02,2024I signed up for OSHA 30 and started. I was involved in a bad car accident and out of commission for several months. I hardly used the training, upon logging back on I discovered my course had expired so I called. I was told they could renew the course as a courtesy and that never happened. I called earlier this week and they stated there was nothing that could be done. Great company, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sep 30,2024It was good for training purposes, however I thought you waited to long for an online proctor and that they were to picky about your area. I get the no cheating policy, but trying to find an enclosed space that is quiet, free of people, and not cluttered is hard in today's society. Especially, when they allow this to be done in your own time and in your own setting. So I did not like the format of the online proctor and hope that can get changed. Also giving a practice test, with about 20 questions would be helping along with being able to take time to write more notes. I thought the training went well and that the videos were instructive and well laid out. I liked being able to do things hands on as well too!
