I took one of their ACLS online courses. On their website it said acceptance guaranteed. The certificate was not accepted by my Local EMS governing organization. I was able to show them all of the proof Of the rejection from my EMS and show them where they said acceptance guaranteed on their website Yet they would not refund. Fortunately my bank was able to cancel the transaction and I am happily able to tell them to that their deception and lack of integrity will not be tolerated. I would not recommend this fraudulent training organization to anyone. I should also add That the training itself was very poor with errors both grammatically and in professional content. Completely unacceptable. Edit: I do not accept your insincere apology.
I was a bit nervous to start training but the management staff and crew had made it very easy. They are all very informative, helping me grow in confidence in becoming successful in my new position!

It took 6 months to get my certification after completion because people didn’t do their job. No follow ups no one cared and my case was just sitting there for months to months while I’m at my job trying to explain why I don’t have my crucial certification.
It's been a while and I haven't received the certificate. I don't know where to turn? Please help me.

I have completed the 40-hour OSHA course more then a month ago and cannot get my SST card. Before taking the course I contacted the school and asked how long it’s going to take to get it, they confirmed via email that it takes up to two-three weeks from the completion of the course. The two certificates which are included into the course require an affidavit to be approved by the affidavit’s unit and as they state it takes for them up to 48 hours to review it. I’ve completed those two courses at the end of September and submitted the completed affidavits and other required documents but they still didn’t review them. I sent so many emails to support, help and affidavit teams but they are just apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to be patient. I cannot start my job, and looks like will loose it, the employer doesn’t want to wait for me so long. So, if you need the SST card quick, do not select this school!
I am taking the osha 30 course and countless times I lost my place for no reason and had to redo modules and lessons. There have been times I saved my progress and others mid use the site crashed, both resulting in lost progress. It cost me a lot of valuable time that I can’t afford to lose. I called to see if they could do anything about it and the costumer service s outsourced to India and not helpful at all. Also, it wouldn’t work on my work iPad, which I used for other courses they offered. That forced me to stay at home and take the course. I had planned on using some of my free time at work to eat up some hours. With all that being said, I do not recommend this site, I would try another company.

The system will not reflect me completing 2 out of 3 courses I completed required for a cert. I’ve sent over 5 emails and dealt with customer service twice since June of this year and to date it is still not resolved.

easy and fast
The training was fine but the getting the cards and approvals has been unsatisfactory. It is November. I sent my documents in 1st week of July. I think I am getting it this week but terrible customer service. Everyone has been courteous but no updates and action.

I attempted to use 360training online for 45 CA real estate license renewal. I found their courses to be inconsistent and irrelevant. Some of the courses had required wait times to move forward, causing one 3 hour class to take 6 hours to complete. The worst part was a required class on advising investment clients on highly technical investment calculations. In 40 years I've NEVER failed an exam. After fully reading the course materials and passing the quizzes in the course, I failed the final exam twice and then was locked out of the course with no explanation of how to proceed from there. When I requested a refund, I was told I didn't qualify.
The training and information were what was expected.
The testing online was super simple to do, however, the process to get it finalized so that I can receive my bar card, has still not been complete, I took my test in July of 2024, and I still cannot acquire my bar card, because 360 training has not posted my results, I have called about this to be refunded, spoke to a representative and has never been able to get a hold of another person, been able to get a hold of another person , and I did not receive my confirmation email or any email with information on being refunded

Nov 12,2024Do not waste your time and money. The "proctor was absolutely rude to my wife." There was testing issues that they tried to blame on our side without knowing that I am in IT and work with massive systems. They want a 10ms or less latency which is ridiculous considering fiber is the only true way to get it that low. Especially since you are connected to the website and the proctor is also connected. Which we won't even go into if they are messing around at the same time. Their IT department hides behind customer service and does not call people back when they figure out they are dealing with someone who knows what they are talking about. Spend the extra, go to Servesafe and you will be better off.
