Sep 15,2024I was required to take this course to run a volunteer consession stand for a non profit organization. Part one great. The proctor part was more stressful than I ever imagined. I do not believe the information addressed a consession stand, it is more for restraunt, manager situations.

Sep 12,2024It was impossible to take the proctor final. I tired 3 times. Mt first attempt after waiting nearly 2 hours, the internet was not fast enough. I upgraded my internet and after waiting for over an hour and going thru the all the camera angles and a near strip search the proctor access my computer and it went blank. I was told to fix it and try again. By the time I found free time the window to take the final again had passed.

Sep 18,2024The interface was easy to navigate and I liked that it was easy to chip away at the training. Not having to restart a module if your time got short was nice
