Sep 09,2024360 training courses do not work you consistently have to retake the same course and reaching out for help it doesn't exist. I am the Director of Operations and utilize online courses to further our staff and time after time with 360 easy courses take multiple attempts. When they reach for help zero responses. The phone number is never answered and waiting online takes days. I am very unsatisfied with there products and service.

Sep 07,2024This course is way too long and repetitive!!!! And the hour long zoom video at the end is a nightmare. It’s long also repetitive ( part of it literally repeats ) and boring ! People learn and retain information better in shorter to the point lessons. Please rethink the lesson. Its horrible

Sep 07,2024I am taking the OSHA 10 hour course, and every couple of modules have been timing out for me and giving me connection errors. My computer and internet connection are completely fine and haven't had any issues. Unfortunately, this has been happening on some of the longer modules and is making me sit through the 10-20 minute timers every time and does not save my progress. I haven't been using any other screens/applications during the modules, and I have been actively scrolling and following along with the audio readings. Every time I get disconnected, I have to close out of chrome in order to get the module to load up again without error, and in some cases, I have had to completely restart my computer. Customer service was not able to help, and their only suggestions were to restart my computer and clear my cache, which I had already done multiple times.

Sep 03,2024Never take class with this provider , all courses is 60$ but when you fail each exam you must to pay 19$ again to retake that. There is 14 courses for 60$ but for example if you fail 6 exam so you need to pay 114$ to retake again!! Other providers don’t charge you for retaking exam again
