Boring robotic voice that sometimes mispronounced words pretty badly.
For some reason, my last two courses never got credited to my license, even months after I finished them. There has been no communication about what is going on.

We all run for the connivence, the easy way, etc. and that's how we fall for. Anyway, you will regrate it if you take the 62hr supervisors' class with 360training online, I'd suggest you make the time that you never have and go to a local training facility.
There was a lot of great information provided, although some information was repeated, making the course longer. The videos demonstrate real situations a server could find themselves in, helping you understand how to handle difficult situations.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services and information provided by your institution regarding my recent purchase of the 98-hour renewal package. Before purchasing the package, I specifically called to inquire about several aspects of your program due to my dyslexia and unique learning needs. I was assured that: The exam was not timed. There were three attempts to pass the exam. The coursework was video-based and interactive. Unfortunately, none of this information was accurate: The exam was indeed timed, contrary to what I was told. There were only two attempts allowed to pass the exam, not three as I was informed. The coursework was not video-based but rather PDF files, which were not suited to my learning style and did not meet my expectations based on the information provided. Furthermore, I encountered significant issues with the content of the courses. I completed Legal 1 and 2, as well as Real Estate Law, only to find that none of the material covered was included in the exam. Additionally, there was no study guide or information provided to help identify areas that needed further review after failing the exam. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I was unable to speak with a manager and received inconsistent and confusing information from your representatives. I also requested a partial refund for the classes I had not yet started, which was declined without adequate explanation. As a new agent, I am facing financial constraints, and the lack of transparency and support has been both frustrating and costly. I believe that your school may need to review and improve the accuracy of the information provided to prospective students, as well as enhance the support available for those who encounter difficulties. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary steps will be taken to prevent future students from experiencing similar issues. I'm sorry but I am not asking for anything unfair. I was mislead and lied to about your program, the details and how it worked. This is way I called and asked so many questions before I purchased the program. If I was told the truth I would have not purchased it.
