Aug 31,2024Your system was not saving my progress after each section. I had to redo a 4 hour block of your program to finish. Total time in real life time was 20 hours for what you stated was an 8 hour card.

Aug 31,2024I enjoyed learning the course with the company . The only complaint is way too complicated and insanely long preparation for the exam. It took me 2 hours to prepare and 45 min to take actual exam. I do understand the reason just frustrating..

Aug 30,2024Horrible customer service and I purchased a course and couldn’t finish it by the time it expired due to unforeseen circumstances. I also didn’t know it had an expiration date to begin with. Once it expires you’re screwed. You can’t reactivate it and you can’t get refunded even partially. Absolutely predatory and a horrible company. Don’t waste your time or money on them especially if you don’t have a lot of time to finish it fast.

Aug 29,2024They sent me a certificate with two languages mixed, English and apparently Spanish. I contacted them many times to send me the certificate only in English and they told me they couldn't. I lost my money and my study time. They are crazy. How are they going to mix two languages in the information of a certificate? I am in the United States. They rejected my certificate instantly. This company scammed me. They did not fix the certificate and they did not give me my money back.

Aug 28,2024Too much time wasted waiting for system to allow responses, before moving on. The core course is a ridiculous waste of time. In addition, the Illinois mandated wage theft/human trafficking section was not disclosed at registration. The estimated time to complete the course omits the time requirement for that section, so the published time requirement to complete the course is deceptive. The wage theft/human trafficking section is almost completely useless, consisting mostly of two people having a meandering informal conversation, mostly devoid of actionable information, lacking references, full of time wasting useless chatter. It's embedded between the end of the core certification material and the final test, you can't leave the section to finish later, and resume where you left off, either. You're forced to resume that two hour section from the beginning, no matter where you left off. I'm not against a section on the topic, but the section provided was amateurish and unprofessional, and was completely missing in the stated time allocation for the course, which caused issues with scheduling. This company just doesn't respect its customers. Very shoddy course presentation.

Aug 27,2024This program was very easy to follow and being able to complete at your own pace was nice. The follow along read option made it a little quicker also. You didn't need any customer service interaction although it is available. Just straight forward and to the point training.

Aug 25,2024Online classes were organized and educational. Taking proctor testing was very uncomfortable made me anxious just getting prepared for it. I have always been one to read aloud my questions in order to understand them since I had chemo..it was very difficult for me not to be able to do that.
