Aug 18,2024I have used this company for multiple continuing education… But I will never use them again. I purchased the wrong course by mistake and they denied me a refund just one day later. Horrible customer service… And I would not recommend them

Aug 17,2024Very second rate learning modules. with little or no video, very difficult to navigate, full of misspellings and grammatically awkward material. The California Agency course - impossible to even see what questions I missed on the final, so that I could learn from my mistakes. AWFUL!!

Aug 14,2024There is not enough content to account for 30 hours. Everyone that I know that took the course ended up with 4-8 hours of time that they had to waste to be able to take the test. This tells me that there isn't enough content. Plus I didn't think a lot of the content was relevant. The audio was difficult to stay focused on. I have done other programs that I feel were better.
