USE A DIFFERENT PLATFORM than 360training - there's so many other options! IF you ignore the WARNINGS & still decide to use them: First, if the promo price drew you to them, the PROMO CODE DIDN"T WORK, so make sure you get a current code that actually works ("Customer Service" initially gave me the SAME INVALID CODE}. Second, be sure to review the FULL list of course packages they offer BEFORE you select a package, as they WILL CHARGE NON-REFUNDABLE STATE FEES with NO POSSIBLE WAY to add to/upgrade a package without DOUBLE-CHARGING for those fees. They "cannot" simply cancel (EVEN WITHIN MINUTES) to purchase a better package, which will be marketed to you AFTER your purchase. The ONLY choice I was told was to PAY for BOTH packages, then request a refund, where I was NOT informed that the "State Reporting Fee" would still be PAID for the refunded package AND PAID AGAIN for the other package purchased minutes later.

the user interface is not intuitive and i had to get help to coordinate all my students and classes i do not appreciate my email being sold either ive been INUNDATED with industry emails almost immediately after i purchased my courses with your company.
I have several employees who have used this company for their OSHA certifications. This company never sends out the cards once the certification is completed and it is a NIGHTMARE process to get it replaced. First, the replacement card costs $90, this is a ridiculous price, almost as much as the course itself costs. Second, their support team is terrible - not the people themselves, but the way that the company has set up the support staff, they can't give you answers, they're overworked, they never respond to emails, you wait on hold for forever. You're not allowed to speak to a supervisor, the only way I got to speak to the supervisor was to keep insisting I would wait an hour on hold to speak to the supervisor - who then magically became available. Third, I was continually promised certain dates that the replacement card would be here and I kept waiting and it never got there on those promised dates. This happened FOUR TIMES! They'd tell me when it would be there, nothing. It finally came a month later than I had requested it WITH paying $60 for overnight shipping. I have had employees retake their OSHA cards rather than go through the process of requesting a replacement card from their team. I will never use them again and I have made sure that no one in my company will ever use them again. Use ClickSafety, they are incredible.
They don't tell you there was only 18 hours of classes - I guess the other 12 hours - go back and read - but wouldn't let you take any of the test again. I'd rather be learning something then just keep the computer on - to get to the 30 hours.
The course was easy to understand thus making the material easy to remember.
The interface is terrible I spent 13 hours in course trying to get things to work constant bugs and crashing and glitches having to do sections over that I already did. Then on top of it they never emailed my certificate because I didn’t finish the end course review. This is after I had been told by the interface that I had passed congratulations and to expect my certificate in 10 business days. Customer service was sloppy in trying to help me as well.
I've been waiting months for my sst card. I call every week and they say the same thing. They confirm whether you have received a soft copy, then they say that they see that your card has not been mailed out, they say they will expedite the process so it can be shipped, and that they will email within 24-48 with an update regarding the situation. The problem is that email never comes and when you call for an update its the same script again with no update at all.

I have been taking classes and passing test for the last 20 years. This class (SPCC) was by far the most worthless pile of garbage I have ever. Update.... After a few emails there response was very uncaring. Do yourself a favor and use OSHACADEMY.COM. I'm very happy with the multiple classes I've taken through them.
The most complicated untrustworthy platform that I ever encountered. Uneducated and corrupt Filipino Customer Service that makes up US Real estate law and when it caught in lie, they simply say sorry. There is no making up US law. has tried to call them multiple times to fix the issue and every time they lie more and they twist more the situation. Use your money to sign up with another platform.
the entire experience ia great, from price to contect to exams
Do not buy! A total scam. The "lesson module" was a 100 pg pdf. I opened the test to see how that compared and it was a 100 question test. This is not comparable to other CE courses/tests in my industry. The company will not issue a refund because I looked at the test. EDIT: After the below comment was left, I contacted them as they requested and never received a reply. Further proof that this is a terrible company that does not deserve your business.
