The first time I tried to take the test, the proctor just kicked me out with no reason or warning. A true jerk. But then I got Tyrone and he was a real champ.

Terrible service. Finished the course on April 2nd and still haven’t received my SST card and it is mid July. Talked with numerous employees and got no help.

Terrible service, employees lacked empathy, apathetic, and Un-willing to work with me on the issue. Issue ultimately un-resolved. Wiill absolutely not be using 360 training services in the future.

I paid for and completed my SST 8-Hour Fall Prevention in Feb/March of 2023 and STILL have not received my SST card. After sending my documents at least 5 different times, and communicating by both email and telephone several times within the last year, no one has resolved the issue. This is absolutely distressful and unprofessional. You had no problem taking my money but giving me a hassle with giving me my card. No one at 360 Training is accountable and helping to get this resolved. Calling customer service has been a joke as they keep giving me a run around not getting me my card.

I was struggling to get my gift certificate transferred into my account and when I used the automated message and called for assistance. I got the this is not an issue on our end to check with our IT department. After allowing my department to try and fix the issue for 30 minutes he expressed that this was not an issue on our end and to call again. Frustrated how the last call went I just started clicking buttons until it worked. What a waste of manhours.

I purchased a course from 360training. I'm being told I spent less than 2 hours on the course before a family emergency took me away from home for over 6 months attending to a medical emergency with my youngest son. Customer Service was unhelpful in resolving this issue. They refused to provide a refund or extention of the course. I am willing to provide all documentation to prove my cause. Unhelpful.

We purchase 3 OSHA 30 / sst course for the state of NY. This course requires that you fill out affidavits and return to with certain documentation to receive the SST certification. Our guys turned in their paperwork however only one of our guys has received the certificates. The other 2 have not. It has been a nightmare of back and forth until finally, I was able to reach out to a supervisor ( Aldrin) who stated he would take care of it and make sure that the certificates were released. That was June 18, 2024. Today is July 5 2024 and we still do not have the certificates. When I call everyone says the same thing that they are going to escalate the situation and that it will be taken care of. No one seems to understand why the certificates are not available because all the papers are in order. Of course, you can't talk to a manager and a corporate office is something they do not have. My suggestion is: if you need a simple OSHA 1 then sure you can use this service but if you need a course that might require paperwork to be turned in for you to receive accreditation then I would not recommend this company at all.

The training material was thorough and although it did contain many grammatical and spelling errors, the point was clear. Some of the assessments, did not cover material in the previous pages, I had to read ahead quite a bit in order to get the information I needed to answer the questions. The final exam was ok, but the questions were a bit vague and did not specifically ask a question with a clear understanding of what it was in reference to. For example, asking a question regarding guard substitution but not giving a clue re: machine guarding or scaffold guarding. I think the question could be more precise with wording.
