I completed the Food Handlers / Title 4 Liquor Certification course. I got a court ordered name change and needed to have my certificates updated to reflect my new last name as I need these Certificates to continue working. After attempting to reach out to the support group at 360, filling out a form they requested from me AND providing a copy of my new ID card they are either incompetent or just unable to understand what I’m asking them. It’s just a simple update in their system so not sure what the problem is. Anyway, my boss at work needs the certificates to match my name on my ID, and 360 Training is stuck on stupid or something so I’m gonna have to pay to retake both tests, I’ll make sue to use a completely different website this time. Now they send me an email stating that “we apologize for your difficulty uploading information “ As if it’s my fault that they are too incompetent to understand what a thread is, or how to find their mistake. Plus the emails they send me are in broken-English. These people need help.
I did a chargeback on you guys for your terrible support and broken program. You'll get bad reviews wherever I can post them. The questions didn't match the answers. It would mark right answers wrong. It would then explain the correct answer you selected. Support basically said too bad when I sent them screenshots. Manager course lasted 30 minutes but has to be 2 hours by law.
Customer service is a JOKE! Eliza Pilapil from customer service let time pass and eventually our chat just stopped bit past 5:00. She gave me a contact number that was closed and now I have wait till tomorrow. When the site offered 10% off when providing my email I did so, but the code was not good. When asking about this, the response was "all of our classes are already discounted"! Then why is the site taking my email and refusing to give the discount when it advertised to do so? What a scam way to send me junk mail and provide me with nothing that it promised to.
One of the worst CE systems I have worked with in 20 years of being a Real Estate Broker. The system constantly crashes while waiting 3hours for course to complete to begin final. One course shows a timer of 22h and 43m and shows I have a negative timer of -2h. When I reached out to support they stated their system works fine and I should try another browser. This is a recurring issue of three other courses.
It was easy to use and very helpful
OSHA 30 Construction course. Typos, mismatched photos with topic, computer narrator mispronounces words, reads superfluous text in parentheses, monotone, etc. Doesn't work well on a phone browser, no app for phones/tablets.
My experience as far as I'm concerned was top level, OSHA training at provides all anyone would ever need to succeed in earning certifications for so many different careers and industries. I find that taking OSHA training courses is the easiest way to obtain certification because their programming gives you so much that I believe anyone even without proper training and Gain certifications as long as they follow the guidelines and instructions that are given, the way that they have constructed the courses I don't understand how anyone could fail at receiving any certification other than simply not paying attention. Finally I like to say Thank You OSHA for a truly wonderful experience, education and certifications.
It was super easy and very informative
A WHOLE LOT SO MUCH CANT EVEN TYPE
The study material was hardly relevant to the tests and getting classes verified took about 10 phone calls. This was a terrible experience and took way longer than needed. This was my third time renewing my license so I have other classes/programs to compare and I regret using 360 training.
Fast and easy did it on job site on a rainy day
I’ve used 360 Training in the past, and I am not sure what happened, but it's not as good as it used to be. The training window would not load, and I had to constantly close and reopen it. The dashboard page would continually freeze. When I wanted to review quiz answers, the page would not load and would give an error. I would have to close the window and restart. The material was good, but getting through the class and restarting pages was tedious because it would not load. Yes, I checked my internet and even ran a speed check, and it was fine.
Eliminate repetitive stuff and streamline to the subject in hand.
The videos & knowledge tests were very understandable. I was able to understand & answer the questions pretty good. Thanks again
The easiest way to get certified
Absolutely the glitchiest site I've been in since 1999! Crashed more times than it was up. Had to rewatch videos and sections that I had already watched. Said I had not completed the modules when I had already completed it. Froze constantly. I've been at it for 6 hours and says I have two and a half hours of credit. Have to have it in 2 days to start my new job and can't imagine a worse website! Pretty sure my son could make a better sight when he was five.
