The company scammed me out of my money. When I did not receive my OSHA card, and the "replacement" never arrived, they wanted me to pay almost $100 ($40 more than the course itself) to replace it, and have me gamble on it actually showing up. The company was not willing to swallow the costs of a new card that I NEVER received as part of a purchase. I am unemployed and attempting to find work, and when I had something lined up and needed the card for proof, they still never sent me one. I had to go to another company entirely in order to receive my card. They were reported to OSHA for misconduct. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COURSES FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
I had to go on this website to do something that was required for my job at the time.
The course was easy to understand. And it helped me with job to understand and apply safety rules in my work place.
Excellent information and well presented. Thanks
I found it impossible to get to the test very frustrating.
Horrible program! Software glitches that caused the clock to reset, forcing me to sit in front of the screen for another 45 minutes before I could take my final exam. Inconsistent times requirements on each page. i.e. 2 paragraphs 5 minutes, next page 5 paragraphs with no time requirement. Useless information on many subjects...seemed they were just trying to fill space. Locked out of taking an exam and told it would take 1-2 business days to fix. Trying to complete 45 hours of continuing education, which I've done a dozen times in my career and this is BY FAR the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an online continuing education course. They need to fix this before selling another package!
The spanish class are suck the translation is not good. The English version is great 5 star for the english.
It was heat and I learned alot
The material in the course is not relevant to the exam. Although much of the exam information was personally common knowledge, I don't feel the course covered questions on the exam. Upon taking the proctored exam, I was using air pods because my microphone wasn't working on my laptop. My air pods were completely visible when proceeding with the room scan. In the middle of the exam, the proctor then noticed them, asked for me to take them out, which I did and then terminated me from the exam and counted it as my first attempt for the exam.
The class was very interesting and informative
I am a fast reader and retain information. Don't like the timer that makes you sit and wait to answer questions and advance to next page. Way more time consuming than I would like. The lessons were good but time is of the essence for me. Won't be using this program in the future.
Ease of use and convenience of the platform for course learning at reasonable price is well worth it.
The monotone AI narration was painful to listen to. I know this isn't something that is made to be captivating and exciting, however I think something could have been done to make this more engaging,
The only problem I have is finding a computer compatible for taking the test AND finding a place that is not full of clutter and fairly black out capable in order to take the test. IT would be nice to set up alternative areas for taking a test - perhaps in a library or a county/township office??
Courses were easy to follow although had many grammar errors throughout. My biggest issue with the course is that they do not tell you upfront that an external proxy is needed to test. They do not provide the proxy. you will have to pay to provide your own.
Training was a little tedious but informative. I CAN NOT GET THE UNSUBSCRIBE TO WORK!!
It covered the purpose needed.
Very informative and helpful
After cheating us out of a refund for an exam that was not taken because their ridiculous proctor policy would not allow us take the exam in a private room with a locked door and clear glass windows in a public library, we had to go to another company to purchase their exam, thinking the training we completed from 360training would be sufficient, we were met with the glaring fact that their training is subpar and grossly substandard. We passed, thankfully but these are our observations from taking the exam with another company versus what was provided with 360training No in-depth teaching on covering of hair and beard during food preparation. Hair constitutes a physical contaminant and it is expected that more emphasis would be placed on this. No teaching on how to clean and sanitize dishes in a three compartment dishwasher. The types of food that should not be offered in an elementary school and a nursing home and why, were not taught in the training. No teaching on how to serve and operate in a self service station. These are basic things someone new to food handling should be taught, and definitely so if you'll be a manager at a food establishment. Go elsewhere. Any other company has got to be better than this lying, cheating, substandard company.

Aug 11,2024I took both the Texas food handler's, as well as the TABC certification to sell acohol. These tests are not designed to educate the bar and restaurant industry personnel. They are designed to make the company a quick buck, abusing the fact that minimum wage workers are forced to take these exams by law. They are not clear and concise, they are purposefully long and overcomplicated to increase the chances of student failure and causing them to retake, and repay for the test.
