I like that the training had more details in the video scenarios.
They charged me $147 for a course that should have been $46, they stated the ones I selected were the appropriate ones for license renewal, they were wrong. I ask them to refund the difference, and make the needed course (one 3 hour unit) available to me, THEY REFUSE AND TELL ME I HAVE TO BUY IT ALL OVER AGAIN. This was their mistake, and they actually chuckled and told me to buy the whole course again as the one I actually need for this years renewal is not available ala cart. Even though I purchased individual corses, they say they don't allow individual classes to be purchased... but I did just that. Horrible company.

every thing was fine except I had to study more information from other providers and as a matter of fact some of the test exam question I answered from the other provider and was not available at your classes
Their 30hr OHSA outreach is a terrible tedious time. Many of the narrators are unbearable and even after they finish talking you can't advance the material for many seconds after. It was so long I just couldn't finish it. It just wastes your life everytime you login at a snail's pace.
I took the course to obtain the TACB and food handler certificate and the videos are clear with all the information. Plus you can add subtitles. I recommend 100% to 360 training

My experience was really great, taking classes with you helped me improve my skills.
The subscription never worked. Emails to “service & support” would respond in 36 hours when my office was closed. “Live chat” suppprt took about an hour, never answered my question, and recommended I manually do what the subscription was supposed to automate. Total failure., I had to abandon the subscription and pay another company which worked exactly the way it was supposed to work.
Sometimes had problems receiving my credits for documentation
It was easy to log in watch the video and taking the test was easy too
The platform could use some work on the managers side. Not very user friendly and to many steps to view all information for individuals.

The website is not intuitive. I purchased 20 credits for TIPS training and have spent hours trying to rectify credits used with the company and was never able to reconcile their numbers with mine. When I tried running a report, I was informed that I needed to upgrade my manager access from limited manager to full manager access (an extra charge). This information was not transparent when I made the purchase. I would say buyer beware and definitely explore other avenues to obtain TIPS Certification for your employees. 360 Training is an inefficient company, I'm not sure if they are just archaic in their technology or if the staff is just not trained in troubleshooting, either way they've cost me a ton in time and salary in trying to resolve simple requests.
It is so easy to do this from home on my own schedule.
