Jun 28,2024I completed a course and this application did not track my progress nor test results. After seeing a "course completed, you may now exit screen" I clicked exit, then it went back to the introduction slide. I contacted support and they did not help then told me to navigate back through the course to get a certificate. Waste of time and finicky software. Use another training program for your company's training.

Jun 27,2024Georgia Pre License Course: I am disappointed in the simplicity of this course. I went through VanEd because I used them for my Oklahoma licensing course. I was hopeful it'd be the same, but this is the most basic and bland course I've ever taken. Every page is just definition & text with an occasional stock photo thrown in. No graphics, videos, literally just text. Unfortunately, I have worked through 10.5 hours & don't feel like repeating that so I am going to finish it.

Jun 22,2024The whole website/program is simple and easy to use. It is very straightforward and also has great support staff. I would recommend it to anyone. The prices are very reasonable and the manager set up as well as the learner set up doesn't require you to jump through hoops to see your progress, completion, and/or your cert.

Jun 21,2024Site was lagging. Ran into usability issues with my browser (chrome) and had to switch to my phone (safari) where I ran into another issue with videos not loading. I tried to reach customer support but no luck. Ended up having to use Microsoft Edge to finish. It took me over 5 hours due to all the technical difficulties. Did I get my certificate in the end, yes, was it easy, streamlined and stress free, absolutely not.

Jun 21,2024Did a 5 day accelerated course, they didnt grade the homework I submitted first thing in am on day 5, until 3 days later. Cannot get any response on an extension to finish the course, other than "we have submitted an extension" which is now 6 days ago.

Jun 29,2024Terrible experience. I signed up for the Real Estate renewal course. I breezed through the first of 13 courses. Then 2-13 had ridiculous timings on them. Literally a 5 minute timer to read 120 words! At this pace, it would of taken me 2 years to complete all the courses. The timers are insanlely long. I called the support line but it is all outsourced and they were very unhelpful, let alone couldnt even understand what I was saying. STAY AWAY FROM 360 TRAINING AT ALL COST!!!
