The course was engaging and easy to do at my own pace. It allowed me enough time to do the course while also working so I could do a little at a time.
Reported to the ANSI board requesting that they remove them from being able to train. Dropped twice most likely because there were too many people on thewebsite or taking exams, extremely rare when I get dropped from a website. Dropped "website unresponsive" while taking the certification exam for Food Manager and declined refund or any support AT ALL!!! Everyone is busy and short staffed their, supervisor too busy to come to the phone, lol. The proctors are no help at all. The content on the exam for the little that I got to wasnt even reviewed on the course. Cannot believe how many positive responses. Will follow up with BBB and any reviews I can write, hopefully ANSI will drop them from being able to train. We can hope.
1 star food manager course,,the study part was fine,it's when u get to the proctor they will shut you out of your test if your eyes wander from screen ,they MADE me stand and empty pockets,,close blinds,take hat off ,was shut out of test 3 times ,2 different proctors,,will never use again,,will never recommend waste of time and money
Kept kicking me out, for NO reason i didnt even get to pick an answer or go into the corse at some points. And for a gas station i dont need to know all that behind the bar actual bartender stuff . Its 2024 get with the program and make a course/test thats for retailers not bartenders, smh.

I have not receive my DOL Card from completing their 30 hour course. It has been more than 4 months and they keep trying the same shipping method. This is the third time and I still have to wait 2-3 weeks. I cant start work because of this. Use another course. This is unacceptable
worse experience ever, my agent were Carlyn Lati, I asked simple questions for help, and she did reply back in 15-20 min. For sure I will not buy again courses from 360 training, due to their lazy employees
Everything that happened that was bad was my fault. My computer wasn’t up to speed I went in to find a computer at work and I couldn’t find the camera. I had to retake it 1 million restarted 1 million times but the whole process was really good that you guys did. Thank you.

You can work at your own pace. The information is easy to follow. Lots of good information obtained.
I took the Real estate continuing education courses, and they were very difficult to read. It required reading multiple times just to understand the questions. Although the price seems attractive, it will cost you more money in the long run if you do not pass their test. And it will take you a lot longer because of the way they organize their questions to read and answer. I highly recommend you choose another course from a different company.
It’s great that I am able to do this when and I can & wherever I can. This made the whole process a lot quicker.
I love 360 training
I was at work when I initially started, the exam kept getting an interrupted so I had to stop spoke with customer service and they assured me that they would start my exam a third time without having to pay at a time when I can complete it got home the next day tried to take the exam halfway through it said that I had too many attempts and logged me out. Had to pay an additional $35 will not be using the service ever again.
