Thank you. ***Original review*** I went through 2 hours of training online, took the test and passed it and hit the "exit exam" button and it shows I have 0% progress but 1 test attempt. You can't attempt the test without completing the training. Reached out to support and they were no help. they said someone would contact me within 48 hours and it's been well past 48 hours and I've heard nothing.

Jun 18,2024I passed the first time so this is not bias. I thought there were a lot of questions on the test over things that were not covered at all in the class. I know there will be more in the class then tested on, but there were very specific items never covered. The process to get set up for the test was terrible. I was passed on to 3 different people and had to start the process over every time. I was working with you for over an hour before I could even start the test. Date of test below is approximate.

Jun 14,2024I would like to be able to go back and review my training. Its one thing to receive the training at a cost, but then to remove the training material and expect me to memorize all aspects disappointed me.

It was longer than the 30 hours allotted because you could not advance the slide when you were done reading until the timer was done I finished my course 6/4 and still have not been able to apply for license because you show affidavit pending. It was submitted 6/5 and I have resubmitted to customer service twice. I am beyond frustrated and will not use again.

Jun 13,2024The certification was great, but I never received my physical card once I finished my OSHA 30. After a month of waiting, I tried to contact customer service through email, several times, and they never gave me a straight answer of what could have been the problem. Terrible customer service and problem-solving.

Jun 20,2024Deceptively designed a course to look like the actual government-offered course. Refused to provide a refund and actually changed their refund policy to specifically exclude my request. Edit: Reached out to the customercare email and they just thanked me for leaving a review and referred me back to customer support?
