Aug 05,2021Tony carried out a full building survey for me on a very old property in Warminster. The report is very detailed and was more than I could have hoped for. Tony called me straight after the inspection to give me the main points and I received the full report within the same week. This included a lot of advice on what to do next which I found so helpful and he took the time to discuss the survey with me. Communication was first class from Tony, Hayley and Liz, both over the phone and by email. Highly recommended!

Apr 16,2021We could not find a surveyor for love nor money in this climate with the stamp duty holiday being extended, but we reached out to 3 Counties Surveying Ltd and Tony literally responded to our email enquiry within 30 minutes! Once we agreed to engage 3 Counties Surveying Ltd for our home buyers report, they could not have moved quicker. Both Tom and Hayley were an absolute delight to work with. Hayley kept us updated regularly and Tony called whilst he was still at the property, and before issuing the report to us, just to give us an overview of his survey. Fantastic and could not recommend highly enough!

Apr 12,2021Very helpful and super reliable. The very knowledgeable Tony surveyed a property for me prior to purchase. He followed the report up with a phone call to discuss his initial findings. After I had some issues with the house before I exchanged contracts, Tony came out again for a small fee... on a Saturday! Since buying the property Tony has continued to respond promptly to any quick questions or concerns I have had. I would absolutely recommend Tony to anyone - a professional, honest and reliable firm.

Apr 08,2021I found Tony via an internet search for Bristol area and he was really swift to respond to emails and texts. Setting up dates, meeting and access was incredibly easy and he arrived on time as promised. The comprehensive, written report arrived within 5 working days and Tony was happy to discuss a few property queries with us before we went ahead with the purchase. However, about a year later, what was particularly impressive was that we had a problem with another property and I rang and left a voicemail for Tony to see if he might give some professional advice. Given that this was/is during the busy Stamp Duty period and he is flat out surveying dawn to dusk, I was staggered that he rang back the same day to help guide me through the problem. He even came on his day off, at short notice, to look at the property and took photos and advised. He has not charged me for this which I believe is indicative of how much he cares for, and looks after his clients - it is not all about the money. Tony is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and reliable - what more can you ask for!? I will definitely use him and his company 3 Counties Surveying again for the Bath/Bristol/Gloucester region. Thanks so much Tony.

Apr 01,2021My wife and I are relocating back to the UK from the US and are buying a house as part of the process without physically viewing the property. It was extremely important for us that a full survey was carried out as part of the process and after a lot of looking online, we found 3 Counties Surveying. The service, communication and support in understanding the survey was excellent and has really allowed us to understand current issues but also potential issues of the future that we would need to consider. Add to this the excellent value that 3 Counties bring in comparison to other surveyors then you would be very hard pushed to justify going elsewhere!
