Aug 12,2020Tony carried out a full building survey for us in Frome - the report was clear, concise and detailed. The survey was carried out on a Friday morning. By late morning Tony had called to give a verbal brief on his findings. By Tuesday AM we had the written report in full. After reading it I had a couple of questions. Called Tony who answered straight away, answered our queries in full there and then. Very polite, professional and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend! Brilliant service, very happy.

Jul 17,20203 Counties Surveying came to advise on a problem area of our home. A grade 2 listed 18th century farmhouse, with porous stone walls, we had serious issues with water ingress to the ground and first floors, causing damage to the internal building fabric. Tony McKenty visited us and was able to assess the damage, offering sound advice as to why we had the issue and offering a couple of alternative solutions that could be implemented, dependent on our budget. This was followed by a detailed report which we have been able to pass on to our builder. We have been very pleased with the service 3CS have provided and would highly recommend them.

Straight after the survey had been completed, the surveyor gave me a phone call to run through his findings and the report was written within a couple of days. We then discovered that we'd need our own valuation and Tony was able to complete this for us within 24 hours. Jun 24,2020Tony is very personable, knowledgeable in his field, and easy to talk to, he took the time to answer questions and explain things properly and simply. Right from the start, we knew we would like to appoint him to run the full building survey on the property we are looking to purchase. The pricing is highly competitive and the report we have received is very detailed and gives a full analysis of the state of the property and clearly defines any areas of concern. We received our report the day after the survey was conducted, plus a dropbox folder of over a 100 photos of various parts of the property - these are really useful and provide great context when reading the survey report. Tony also is also qualified to conduct valuation surveys for properties, so he was able to reassure us on the price we are paying on the property he surveyed for us. I would highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying Ltd to anyone considering running a RICS Building Survey.
