Jun 21,2022For the amount of money you pay the quality of the course is extremely poor, these fraudsters literally try to squeeze 6 months of practice and revision into 5 days, hence their mediocre name. I was at the Manchester branch, anyone in this area please just book lessons with a driving instructor and save yourself the money. Considering the cost of living has gone up you charge these extortionate prices, but what goes around comes around and so it shall be. I will try to help as many people as I can, so you don't fall into the same trap as I have. I am in the process of making complaints and writing reviews so this absolute joke of a company be shut down! I hope you reply as you did over the phone, rude and arrogant, however I highly doubt it now your in the lime light! There were also serval pupils in my class which I know for a fact feel the same as I do. Why would I spend my precious time making up false accusations about a company i've had no dealings with? Because I was a pupil and I have dealt with this company. You are fraudsters profiting on the recent incline of driving courses. Maybe if a member of your management team could email me instead of your pathetic excuse of a customer service team, my review would of never been needed and this would of been settled.

Jun 18,2022An amazing week spent at the St. Helens branch. My driving instructor was Graham, he was extremely patient and understanding, he helped me immensely after previous negative experiences with other instructors. He answered any and all questions and was very calming. He gave honest feedback and constructive criticism on areas that needed improvement and positive feedback when I did well! Anything he or I felt I needed to concentrate on a bit more he made time for and helped me with. He was very easy to talk to in and out of the car and made the whole experience personal, fun and extremely positive. I also had time with Chris and James out of the car, they were both extremely helpful with any questions I had about anything theory/car/road related, no question was too silly. They were both friendly and extremely helpful and also gave feedback on areas where I needed help and positive feedback when I was doing well. And all made a cracking brew! You are well looked after while you’re with all 3 instructors inside and outside of the car! The whole experience is very positive. They push you to limits that they know you can reach even if you doubt yourself, and you soon stop doubting afterwards! The whole week was intense as it is an intensive course, yet at the same time felt relaxed after initial nerves had passed. I would highly recommend this branch, especially Graham as he’s who I was driving and spent most of my time with. This was very important for me and was money well spent, I can’t thank them all, especially Graham, enough.

Jun 17,2022My experience with 5 day in Cockfosters was a overwhelmingly positive one. I used their 5 day course as per recommendation of my Dad and as someone with literally 0 experience in driving, I was very nervous. The people within 5-day are friendly, the theory and practical lessons informative and I would highly recommend anyone to use this branch of 5-day especially those with no experience.

Jun 16,2022Today I passed my driving test, my driving instructor was Pwi-ha Li. She was just amazing, she knows what she’s doing. What can I say, she is a professional and I am not the easiest student to deal with. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

Jun 14,2022I worked with Chris during the practical side of the course. He was really amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process! Super clear with his instructions on any particular manoeuvres I felt I wasn’t fully confident with. Always ensuring I was made to feel comfortable whilst driving, as well as making the day fun! I also worked with James during the theory side of the course. Again he made everything really clear and went over any areas I struggled to remember or understand. All the team were really professional and great to chat with. Couldn’t recommend using the St Helens branch enough! Thank you to them all!!

Jun 12,2022I live in South London but am glad I made the journey up to 5Day North London/Barnet. Can’t say enough good things about theory tutor (Emilio) and instructor (Ronnie). Taught me everything I needed to pass my test with confidence - on the theory test I got 49 out of 50; on the practical test I passed with 1 minor fault. I had only done approx. 8 hours of lessons before doing the 5Day course and did another 8 hours after the course, just to keep practicing before my test. Passionate about their jobs, and the team got me a test far quicker than the waiting list. Worth every penny!!!

Jun 10,2022I worked with Graham during the practical aspect of the course and he made sure to get an understanding of my ability of the car so that he knows where to go from there. He has made me feel comfy in the car and with himself too although helping out when it was necessary. He was very professional and clear with his instructions which further made me feel comfortable to be working with him. Both Chris and James, who I didn’t really see much of, seemed to be of the same professionalism when I did see and talk to them with the interest of the pupils being the priority.

Secondly my practical instructor Jesus was sensational. Both these people had such knowledge and great understanding of how to share it. Highly recommend!

Jun 08,2022Today I passed my driving test first time, I worked with Chris and he was a fantastic help. He was really great and everything he said always made sense and was easy to follow and understand. He made everything feel so easy with the methods he teaches you and it really allowed me to understand and remember every step of the different procedures and manoeuvres. The lessons are also really helpful and helped me to pass my theory first time also. All the instructors really do care and want the best for you and are always trying their best to make sure you pass as soon as possible. Thanks for everything.

Jun 08,2022I went through the course 30/5/2022 all the instructors, were highly professional, but also knew how to get on to a level with the pupils individually to make it feel more tailored to the pupil, I found this an amazing way for me to learn, I passed my theory first time thanks to, Graham, Chris and James. Graham was my driving instructor and because of the skills he's taught me I'm ready to take my test im confident in my abilities as a driver. I'd highly recommend this course and have already to a few friends from work. I had taken the course from St helens 100% worth it.

Better options out there, won’t respond to your emails (emailed them once booking was made, as was told to do following a convo with their sales team to let them know I already passed my theory) and then won’t give you a refund if you decide not to go ahead with them. I sent an email on 1st April, way in advance of the start date and no one responded once again showing the contempt they treat customers with.

May 31,2022I pass my driving test today, I worked with Chris and also had a few lessons with James both fantastic help. Chris is Absolutely brilliant the support and work he puts in with you is amazing. He has the patience of a saint. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get my pass today, I will be forever grateful. ( what condition my condition was in 🎶)

May 28,2022I didn't have high hopes on coming out of this course having learnt anything, I was proven very wrong by both Mark Noble and Allan Evans. Mark kept our theory training fun but also made sure that we understood everything he was telling us. Allan helped me with everything I could've needed, ensured I was comfortable with the speed he was teaching me and asked multiple times a lesson if there was anything I wanted to go over. All of the instructors at bury are amazing and a lot of fun to be around. All round 5* :)

May 28,2022I had a problem uploading my review on this page so it won’t be as long as my last one which was mega in depth😂 But Chris, Graham, and James run an absolutely amazing service! At the 5 day in St.Helens. The wealth of knowledge that these guys have and the tips and tricks (to help information stay in) on theory as well as practical is worth every penny spent. Chris had the patience of a saint and worked hard on ironing out my lead foot 😂

Jun 27,2022i had an amazing instructor by the name of basset this guy is a legend he tought me everything i need to know in the first 3 days and has made me so confident in driving the car he’s very helpful and teaches amazing, when ever i needed to take a break or just have a breather he would stop and let me do so when ever i needed, if you do a 5day course then i just hope you get basset as he’s the man everyone should have
