Sep 22,2023The whole setup was great. The instructors were very informative and super friendly. Big praise for Tristan Andrews for getting me a pass first try with 0 minors with only one 2 hr top up lesson before the big day!!

Sep 20,2023I did my 5 day intensive course in June and passed my test today! Such a quick was off getting your license if you’re desperate to drive! My instructor was Shane and he was incredible. Honestly believe I would not be driving now if it wasn’t for him and his support. The theory lessons everyday for that week really made getting your theory completed much easier! Could not recommend this service enough. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Sep 14,2023After having a bad driving experience with another driving school, i was really nervous about starting my course with 5Day however my instructor Rob at the bristol centre made me feel at ease and helped me pass first time. Roundabouts were my nightmare yet Rob helped me fully understand and by the end i was confident in my driving. Thank you again Rob

Sep 12,2023After a year of not driving with an instructor i didnt really gel with, coming to ipswich 5 day really helped me rebuild my confidence and make me comfortable on the road. Matt was the best instructor I've had and was always helpful. Managed to get a test before i had to go back to uni too which was a massive plus. Could not recommend more

Sep 09,2023I did the intensive 5 day course in Ipswich and can’t recommend it more, I had Matthew as an instructor and he was fantastic. He was patient, calm and encouraging, so much so I feel ready to take my driving test after just 5 days. (Edit)- I have just passed my driving test with no minors after one month! All thanks to 5 day and especially Matthew Riches!

Sep 04,20235Day Leeds Branch - Instructor Aquib Khan. Definitely gets my vote. Very professional throughout starting from arrival on the first day. The structure of the course is very well designed to improve your ability with not only the practical driving side but also the theory. This applies to all abilities and experience. I am a middle aged learner who has (HAD) severe anxiety issues when it comes not only to driving, but even to getting in a car. My instructor for the week Aquib instantly put me at ease and allowed me the time to make mistakes and gradually build my confidence. Unbelievably with Aquib's fantastic guidance and reassurance I was driving on busy urban roads by the afternoon of day 1, this would have been unthinkable for me a week earlier. By the end of the week I was confidently driving a car independently on busy roads and able to perform all manoeuvres correctly when instructed. The day after I completed the 5 day training, I sat my theory test. I passed with above 95% scores in both the theory and hazard perception modules. I will be applying for a practical test very soon and will update this review. I would 100% recommend this course to any driver, at any point in their learner driving journey. This will not only give you the tools to become a successful and safe driver, but if you're like me it will also give you much more self confidence and self esteem that will benefit you in other aspects of your day to day life. A huge thank you to Aquib and everyone else at 5day Leeds.

Sep 02,2023completed the 5Day course in bury st Edmunds and i have just passed my test. My instructor, Tony, was very helpful in this and made it so i could pass my test quicker with less stress. it was a pleasure to be his student and i would highly recommend him.

Sep 01,2023My instructor had many faults , the worse being in my personal situation his poor and quick and unpleasant attitude to myself and my driving , the lack of any constructive comments , I soon became intimidated , and in the confines of his car nervous , which only made him worse and me anxious , I strongly believe that any understanding this ( instructor ) has is his own image of a tough guy , not once did he remove his wrap around shades , and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder of class , on day three of five day I complained to customer NOT A CARE and expressed my worry and concerns , the prompt answer was if unhappy get out of the car and phone them , ... how I was to return to the compound was not explained, Day four after I had complained made matters worse , before he turned on his audio recorder , he had a few very choice and direct words to say to me audio on : he simply stared at me Whilst driving making me nervous ,a few glib comments about “ suppose you will report me if I raise my voice ?., , I was so concerned that I contacted my father to collect me , and refused to re enter the car ; we contacted the customer DONT GIVE A DAM , they answer was to listen to the audio tape when it was on and make a call , we have not asked for a refund partial or otherwise , it was clear that was not going to happen , but have decided to guide others from this report

Aug 20,2023Believe all the bad reviews. I passed my driving test (not with them) a while ago and have been traumatised since. I didn’t leave a review because I’ve seen google replies to previous reviews and didn’t want the drama. Avoid at all costs. The guarantee of free lessons until you pass it a scam, one every two weeks only at very specific times isn’t easy for anyone. The driving instructors I had were not very nice, I was shouted and screamed at. I genuinely found learning to drive a really traumatising experience because of these guys. I didn’t realise how bad they were until I had a new driving instructor who was lovely. I ended up forking out more money for a different instructor that was 1. Half their price 2. So much nicer. I didn’t believe the horrendous reviews and I should have, please be very wary and don’t part with your cash, do things the normal and traditional way, the best way to learn is with time and patience - these crash courses are not at all good. The only decent thing that came of it is I passed my theory - but you can do this with a practice app for a fraction of the price. Now being older and wiser I wish I could go back and tell myself not to do this, I should have left a review sooner but their management is honestly a bit scary and bullying seems to be the norm.

Aug 18,2023This course is a waste of money, I paid over £1500 to just pass my theory basically. The after care I received was awful, I booked a test an hour from where I did my lessons due to the backlog of tests (I was told I should book the next test I can for any area) and I failed. After being told this course would help you pass first time or whatever they claim, my instructor also told me at the end of the week I am test ready and said on the last day “if you took your test today you would 100% pass” you also have to pay £1500 for the course and then an extra £62 for a test at the end of it, the practical isn’t included in the booking price which is a rip off in itself. If you don’t find a test yourself you have to be put on their waiting list which can take up to 6-12 months just to get a test in the area you done your course in. If I had known this before booking I would have never booked it and spent all that money because what’s the point? You might aswell pay normal price driving lessons for a year until your test? (It wasn’t clear in the terms and conditions on the website or anywhere about the backlog for tests) then I had to pay the manager of the branch £150 cash in hand to let me use the car I practiced in for the weeks course, to take me to the test I booked as the instructor I had for the week told me it was too far for him to travel! After being told to book a test for the next branch I can find as “I would definitely pass”. So all together nearly £2000 down the drain, all that money to just pass my theory that costs £23 in a normal theory test centre. I do not recommend this company AT ALL waste of money do not go here they just want to rip you off for your money they don’t care about anything else. I now have to pay more money for more lessons as I’m not able to get another test in a area I know for months, it’s an absolute joke I want a FULL refund. DO NOT GO HERE! The branch is WEST LONDON - EASTCOTE and my instructor and the manager there is ANDREW & MARK

Aug 16,2023I do not recommend this company. Read the poor reviews they get. I booked a course for my son but it was cancelled due to c19. They not only refuse any refund,even partial, but will not provide details of thier legal representative so mine can contact them. I have taken legal advice which is that 5day are legally required to refund but of course thier astonishing arrogance means they refuse. They confirm they sold my booking so they are not out of pocket but I am. For a retired ex forces pensioner suffering cancer and on chemotherapy, I don't appreciate them playing games with me.

Aug 16,2023The week course was good but I’ve been waiting 8 months for a driving test and no one has contacted me and when I called today I was told it was booked in June when I paid in January so don’t know how that happened and was basically told to get lost on the phone genuinely avoid

Aug 15,2023highly recommend!! My driving instructor, paul mayward at the Bristol centre was amazing!! He was great at giving me reassurance, guidance when I did something wrong and helped explain everything amazingly. I only had to do practical lesson as I already had pasted my theory test prior to starting my 5day course, lesson went really quick and I gained so much confidence with my driving, not to mention Paul was great laugh too. I made great progress over my week course and was lucky enough to get a practical driving test ONLY 2 DAYS after finishing my course. I have to say I found and booked my own driving test without going through the 5day link. I pasted first time and I couldn’t be happier!!

Aug 14,2023I had the best driving instructor called Tony. He was patient and willing to explain anything as many times as you needed it. Learning to drive can be stressful but he made it such an enjoyable positive experience. I travelled up from London to do my test and he couldn’t have been more accommodating to my specific dates even getting up early on a Saturday for an extra lesson. I couldn’t have done it without him, I would recommend him to anyone.

Jul 29,2023I would highly recommend!! My driving instructor, James Chambers, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly welcoming, giving me reassurance as soon as I entered the car. Made the time go by so quick with good laughs and stayed calm in every situation, providing me with good guidance so I felt confident on my lessons and made sure I noticed the progress I was making with positive feedback and necessary corrections for steps forward. The theory lessons too helped massively as Steph was so helpful in ensuring I understood all areas of the test. She filled me with belief before my theory test on the final day and lead me to good results! Extremely pleased with the confidence gained from this experience, proving how beneficial this route to driving can be! Definitely worth the expense with the great service! Jul 25,2023Don’t be fooled into thinking that you’ll pass your driving test quickly, My son had his intensive driving lessons over 13 weeks ago and we’re still waiting for a driving test date. We’ve been charged a large amount of money for a very poor service. We have called multiple times over the past few months and we’re just abruptly told that we’re still on the waiting list for a test date! Total shambles!
