I'm very disappointed that I am expected to bare the brunt of the cost of shipping and handling to return this package with damaged content. This package did not have a waybill included either. I did not find this company easy to work with, The level of customer service attention was very minimal and almost non-existent. The original order of this crib was not received by one of the post offices en route due to the package having visible damage. The "resent" item appears to have minimal damage to the box, but one of the "leg panels" of the portable crib is broken. (enclosed pictures) I have emailed this company on numerous occasions but I only seem to have any follow-through until a phone call is made. The customer service rep (that I often spoke with) answering the phone seemed to lack basic phone/customer service skills,

Years ago I ordered a baby blue chandelier and medallion for my son and I loved it. We're expecting a baby girl now so I ordered the same items in pink. Customer service was great & the delivery was fast. The chandelier and medallion are beautiful!!!

We received our custom baby mattress in a box folded up and it was damaged. There was absolutely no care put into making or packaging up and delivering this product. When we called to ask for a refund they had us send a photo which we did. We then continued to call and heard no answer from their customer service line. We emailed them back over 5 times with no reply. This was the worst customer service we have ever received on top of a horrible product. I would never shop with them again.

We purchase a personalized toy chest for each of our grandchildren for their 1st Birthday. This is the third toy chest we purchased here and we couldn’t be more pleased. The quality is excellent, great job on the personalization and quick delivery.

Will Never do business with them again. Contacted to make an order change. The person who spoke with told me that the only person that could handle this was not working. Really, only one specific person could check or change an invoice. Not good. Now I am stuck with an item I cannot use!!! I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Was so pleased to find somewhere to get the non-standard sized cradle mattress I needed. Not only could I get the mattress, but the mattress pad and the sheets, too! AND service was fairly fast considering they were custom items. SUPER PLEASED!!!

Love the product. The custom mattress fit perfectly in the bassinet. The web site was not clear that rounded corners on a rectangular mattress is a custom product. I had to do a second order to get what I wanted. The paperwork on the credit card was corrected efficiently. From the time I mailed a template until I received the mattress was amazingly short (about a week). The mattress arrived in a box folded in half and was bowed for several days. It flattened out once I put a mattress pad and sheet on it and placed it in the bassinet. I would use ababy again if I needed a custom product.s

When I first ordered waited the 10 business days and still had not received the order cause they were out of that color style of wood for that toddler bed then I called and changed it without them ever notifying me they were out of that stock waited another 14 business days and still had not received the item cause they couldn't find the address and when we called cause the order was not delivered they told us to drive 100 miles to mesquite by 8 pm that evening and so my fiance went to go pick it up then come to find out it wasn't even there but it would be there by morning so I was expected to drive a 100 mile distance as well to pick it up at the same location in mesquite which I found was ridiculous especially with an item that I am currently still trying to return but have yet to receive any info on the return 2 weeks later!!

After much searching, I am very happy my husband discovered aBaby! We needed a custom mattress and sheet for an heirloom cradle. My grandfather made the cradle for my father and I am passing it to my nephew whose wife is carrying their first child. The mattress and sheet arrived promptly and fit perfectly! I was able to surprise them at the baby shower last Saturday,! Thank you aBaby!

Very little customer support. The mattress arrived folded in 2 without any sort of bubble wrap or other protective method. the mattress itself isn't bad. I need sheets for it and will have to go somewhere else. I will never deal with this company again.

There was no real communication about whether my order was received and being processed. I had to keep logging in to ababy to check the status and all it said was “in process.” The “custom-sized” mattress arrived in a small box with the mattress folded in thirds. The quality and workmanship was terrible. Let alone no communication that my order was being shipped. I did get a message that my order was delivered though. I hope the “standard” bassinet mattress on this website are better than the “custom” made ones. The vinyl used to cover the foam was poorly sewn and noisy. It was expensive and cannot bereturned due to the “custom” size I ordered. Extremely disappointed. I would never have allowed this item to ship, I would have told my employee to make it again with some pride in their work this time.

The mattress that I ordered was special order so it was quite costly. When they packaged it - it was put in a box without any bubblewrap or paper. When we received the box we slit the box open, and slit the mattress assuming there was packaging material which is industry normal. It was very disappointing that it was not packaged properly. I called and they told me they would credit my account $4.00 which was 10 percent off the order. They also said they would talk to the warehouse about shipping properly. I have not seen the credit yet.

I ordered a custom mattress for a cradle my husband made for our first grandchild. It was a perfect fit! It was shipped in 1 week as stated and arrived within 1 1/2 weeks of ordering in perfect condition. We also ordered 2 sheets and a mattress pad. All fit perfectly. This was my first purchase from aBaby, but probably not my last. Totally pleased.
