I bought the changing table dresser based on the color in the picture and didnt realize that color wasn’t an option. Partially my fault for not looking closer. When I received it was missing one of the back brace pieces that have a slit so that you can slide the back piece into it, so we had to make a piece with a slit and had to pay to have re-stained another color. ...very frustrating! I called the number on the instructions hundreds of times and always received a busy signal but it was another company, not a baby.com. 2/28 Updating rating to 5 stars after ababy customer service reached out to make things right. Customer service that cares is rare. I wish I had reached out to them originally instead of trying to contact manufacturer on directions.

i ordered a bassinet sheet they sent me the wrong size it did not fit they drove me crazy to return it i had to prove it with pictures will totally never shop here again horrible customer service rather pay more for better service!

Still have not received my order. Can't get any answer as to when it will ship. It has been paid for over a month now. I really need this item. The website said it would ship within a week and arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Received the incorrect items. Filed a complaint they shipped another set and again the items were wrong. Then a week after receiving the 2nd set of items I received a 3rd set of incorrect items.
