They have always been so very timely in service! The communication is exceptional. Other servers aren't able to serve, but when I send them over to ABC, they always have served! Thank you ABC.
Fast. Professional. Thank you thank you.
I have had a really terrible experience with ABC legal lately. The working relationship with them started off great but it has slowly declined and is now at its worse. I’m not sure what is needed to get this company back on track, but it needs to happen soon.
Great Service, will use again. We had a difficult service that this company handled for us. They were timely and efficient. They also had a great easy to use platform to manage our order. We will use again.
Prompt reliable service. Highly recommend!
You followed my instructions as to the best times to serve the person. The serve was performed very quickly. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased.
It was a seamless process with fast results. We had trouble serving the person with the sheriffs so we turned to ABC Legal. They kept us up to date along the way up to finally being able to serve the papers. We are so thankful.
Mike Sing was the process server and on the first attempts at the given address he didn’t ask any questions of the person he talked to at the door which would have allowed him to serve the documents on the defendant. I had to call in and talk with Carlos M who was excellent and after I gave Carlos additional evidence of the defendant associated with the given address so Mike Singh was able to go back out and serve the paperwork on the defendant via the roommate of the defendant. Mike only needed to ask one question of the roommate and he would’ve been able to serve the paperwork on the first or second attempt. I would use ABC Legal again.
The online request system is perfection. I will be using ABC Legal Services in the future. Service was quick and efficient. Communication was timely.
The process was super easy. I loaded the documents and got updates in a timely manner. Would recommend.
Thanks for persistence and assistance
I heard about ABC Legal from a fellow paralegal here at my firm in Alabama. She suggested I use this service to get a Defendant served in Texas so I did. They were able to locate him and get him with a quick turn around time. Best believe I will be using their services again in the near future. Thanks ABC Legal
quick and fast with service
The service was easy, seamless, prompt and cost effective.
Great communications and fast service
Handled what I couldn’t
We were under a short timeline to get the Defendant served with the Summons/Complaint. Within 3 days of ABC Legal Services receding the paperwork, the Dendant was served!
This is a horrible company. I am a lawyer. I rely on process servers. I hired this company to serve two individuals. They served one and did not notify me about it until after I emailed them multiple times. They cannot find Smith and his service is now delayed. I have emailed the company multiple times and they refuse to interact with me unless I use their app, which does not allow for necessary communication. This is malpractice waiting to happen. If the company does not correct these errors and refund my money, I will litigate to final judgment while filing necessary complaints with consumer protection agencies.
I was satisfied every step of the way. It was affordable, served fast, and communication as to what was happening when it was happening.

Dec 31,2024We were scheduled to go to small claims court of last week on Friday, December 27th and showed up. Was only there for 1 hour and the court clerk said that all the paperwork looked fine but the court could not proceed because there was no signature of a person that the papers got served by ABC Legal. Apparently the papers only got dropped off at the Business by the Process Server after 3 attempted times of trying to serve. So now we have to go back to court in April 2025 as a rescheduled date once the new packet of documents comes in the mail to our residence. Once it is complete and the owner or manager has his or her signature on the signed line, then our session at the small claims court can resume. Btw....it is in our best interest that we (the plaintiff) do NOT get Charged another Fee! This is and was an error on ABC Legal's part for not noticing of no signature.
