Oct 06,2024The online experience was different, and I was concerned that something would get lost in translation by not talking to someone directly. In the end, the service was provided timely, accurately. I especially appreciated the service option to expedite my request; it was extra but seeing the result, it was worth the money spent to expedite especially since the service needed to complete by a certain day. Proof of service was sent and met the courts requirements. Thank you ABC Legal Services, I will definitely use you again for future legal services.

Oct 03,2024If you want to achieve success in service make sure all of the persons being served are to be served at that address. Otherwise, ABC Legal will attempt a failed service and ask that we re send our documents and re submit another time. Not worth the hassle or the money. Expensive

Sep 30,2024Telling me I need to provide a NEW address on Sunday when most ALL firms are closed, closing the case and sending me a bill within hours of the request for a new address before I even have a chance to respond. I will be looking for a different company for service of process. This has happened too often as of late.

Sep 29,2024The recipient refused service and the process server left the notice at the front door without informing the recipient the nature of what was being left. She then mailed a certified letter to an address not serviced by the United States Postal Service. I then researched and provided ABC Legal Services with an appropriate mailing address for the recipient. That was 2 weeks ago, and, although I have followed up with a supervisor every other day, ABC Legal Services has still not mailed the certified letter to the correct address. So much for time sensitive service.
