Feb 15,2025I nervously waited 5 business days for a restraining order to be served. Even after multiple calls, the company failed to notify me of a successful service. They are cheap but the mental toll and hassle is not worth it! Find someone who actually cares about their job!!!

Feb 12,2025Asked them to serve a guy small claims service. Took them 22 days to get the info to the process server, who made only 1 attempt but chickened out because the road was bad. I drive up that road every day - in a mini cooper. HORRIBLE.

Feb 07,2025I am a new customer. I have used ABC Legal Services for two different orders now. In both cases, ABC Legal listed the wrong Court addresses. In one of the orders, ABC Legal listed only 1 of 3 documents served on the Proof of Service. I have had to request errors to fixed in the proofs of services on each order. This is concerning to me. Additionally, in one order, multiple documents were being served to one entity/one location. Half of the documents were one case number; the other half a different case number. Only 1 proof of service was prepared listing both case numbers. Upon asking for two separate proofs of service, I was told it would cost an additional $150 because it should have been entered as two separate orders. When placing the order through the website using pre-set fields, it was not obvious more explicit directions needed to be explained. This is a difference of opinion - but I let it go. In the end as to that particular order, I would have ended up being charged a total of $450 (again one entity/one address). The initial address provided was not good ($150) [ok], the service itself ($150) and, had I opted to accept, an additional $150 for a proof of service for each case number - which in my opinion should be a given - most courts expected one case number on a document be filed. I would think ABC Legal would be fully educated on these topics. A review of the order when placed should have raised a question and I should have been contacted to confirm the order and any questions.

Feb 06,2025The process server lied on court documents saying they served me in person when they did not. Luckily, I have proof that I was out of state so I am filing a motion to vacate the default judgement. I will be filing a complaint and possibly a lawsuit against your process server Robert Edmonds License # PS231X SLO County Clerk I just discovered the lawsuit and default judgement yesterday.

Feb 05,2025I am over the moon stoked. My custody case is scary to me and ABC legal services made it so easy. Signing up for an account was easy and with lots of instructions. They assigned me a process server and I’m not kidding, the person was served in less than an hour. It came with photos of the place where served, GPS of place served as well as a description in a case note explaining who, what, where and how. The whole thing from making an account to him being served was no more than 3 hours and that’s with me being out of state. I will def spread the word about this company! Troy Goodman rocks!!!!!
