Feb 02,2025Refer to Review Dated Jan 17th...They have an excuse that I needed a wet signature for proof of service. Their own proof of service form has a place for the servers' signature and a notary block for notarizing and yet the proof they provided to me had neither. In an Email from customer service, days before court, they said they were trying to get the server to correct it, so quick question, does no one proof the service affidavit before downloading it to your case files to know it was unacceptable proof? They also never provided me with an acceptable proof of service to this day. Again, in my opinion their service was subpar at best. I did request a refund as I didn't really get the service I paid for, and they never did that either. Just a FYI: Check with the local law enforcement agency before using a "service" because the LE Office in the county where I needed the proof of service was only $50, they signed & notarized the proof of service document I provided and completed it in a matter of less than 5 days.

Jan 27,2025I used ABC Legal as a process server in Minnesota, partially because the website said they knew the process serving rules in all states. However, their server went to the recipient's house, accepted (at face value) that "the person never lived here and besides, he's moved"! In addition, they failed to serve the paperwork on the person who answered the door, even though Minnesota allows that when it's difficult to reach the intended recipient. When I complained, they refused to refund my $ - and told me I would have to pay MORE $ (for a second "service") in order to get them to do what they should have done in the first place!
