Jan 26,2025I’ve used several companies in the past years and I’m glad I found ABC legal services never again while I use XYZ And they didn’t charge me for every piece of paper. It was a one shot reasonable fee and they did the most excellent job speedy and professional. You guys are an ace A1 company and I will be using you in the future.

Jan 14,2025I have to say I had better expectations for this company. The lag in assigning cases is absurd. I placed several orders at once and then I got messages that they were assigned a WHOLE WEEK later.. Why? Additionally, some updates were ambiguous. Ok so you could not serve the documents? how are you reattempting service? Then where a person could be subserved - they did not do it... that is common sense... Ive never had to ask a company to do that. Lastly, I did skip traces on several defendants and even those addresses were not ok so then did you do your job in finding these people that we paid you to do? Its been nearly 3 months and none of my defendants have been served except for ONE. This is out of 7 defendants... Once our work is finalized with this company we wont be coming back. Yeah theyre cheaper but its clear you get what you pay for with them. I dont recommend them at all.

Jan 14,2025Fast service but was made to wait 10 days for process servers signature without having a notice of this wait time in advance. I paid for the expedited service. Which is what I got, but didn't know the servers signature would be so slow.

The person I talked to seemed like they were not sure of the information I was giving her was for. I did not get a confirmation that the information was received.
