Jul 08,20245/15/24 received an email telling me that the summons has been served and waiting for wet ink signature 5/31/24 i followed up on where the signed summons was 6/10 i am told they are following up with the server 6/12 i ask where it is again and am told they escalated to server performance 6/17 i ask again where it is and am told it is escalated to compliance team 6/20 i ask again and am told it is sent again to compliance team and that the proof was sent to the server to be signed (not sure whey it wasnt sent to the server on the day it was served to be signed which has now been over a month ago) 6/25 i ask again where the signed summons is and now i am told that the server is no longer with the company and they cant get it signed. 6/27 i tell them i want a full refund have made numerous phone calls to the accounting department and had proof that i was not refunded and have still not heard back. it is 7/8 and still no refund and the no summons that was supposedly served on 5/15 6/25 i ask again and Edit: yes i was eventually refunded the money but that does not account for the more than a month wait to finally be told that the summons that was supposedly served I will not receive.

Jul 08,2024Although they were unable to serve on of the two subpoenas, they kept in contact and did quickly get the other subpoena served. Overall they did a good job.

Jul 03,2024I paid for expediated service and did not receive it. I was told the server 'didn't check her emails' and missed the deadline. Unfortunately the next day was a holiday so my papers didn't get served for almost a week after I requested. Very disappointed in this service. And then it took another week to get the affidavit online.

Jun 26,2024Read the messages, particularly the last one, sent to "support." You refused to include important language in the POS that is necessary to show service by two different methods, although accomplished with the one personal service by your agent.
