Mike arrived quickly, had a machine ready and was okay in answering our questions.
Unlike any other medical firm, they don't take insurance into account when quoting you pricing and getting you set up on equipment. They tell you supplies are free as long as you stay in compliance. They tell you only $98 upfront. And none of that is based on any kind of fact. They take your credit card info then hit you with literally four digits' worth of extra charges once you're a few weeks in to using the equipment. It's unethical, it's uncool, and it's a terrible business practice. Total bait and switch. I do not recommend AdaptHealth or Roberts Home Medical to anyone. Not to mention the terrible condition of the RHM office when I picked up my equipment. Felt like a hoarder situation, dirty and gross.
Alfonso, explained very well how I have to use the machine. How I have to clean the machine. Sugessted me when I have to call my Doctor for an appointment about the sleep machine and the use.

Delivery personal is top of the line professional and very helpful. Any and all questions are answered. Courteous and respectful as well as timely, always texting and calling 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their products and services 😊
Adapthealth is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. The providers don't understand the meaning of "patient care" and don't consider the needs of the patient when dealing with complicated billing issues. I had to call customer service numerous times and each time had to deal with a rude, uncaring agent. My insurance agency had to get involved and Adapthealth was unwilling to cooperate. I had a miserable experience and want to prevent anyone from making the same mistake I did. Use someone else, especially for CPAP equipment and supplies.
Rick has been really amazing person to have had as Ralph's oxygen deliver. We won't be needing Aerocares services.
My delivery person called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He explained everything to me, and made sure I understood before he had me sign for everything.
