Mar 01,2025Vince was a very knowledgeable and patient technician. He carefully explained how to set up and use my new machine, and patiently guided my repetition of the steps. He answered all the questions I asked, even my "What am I forgetting to ask?" question. He inspired confidence that I will be faithful and comfortable in using my new BiPAP device.

He actively listened and expressed confidence in my ability to be successful. His directions were clear. I am a public high school educator, and when leaving, I felt as though I had been taught. Mr. Dee Norment should be commended.

Feb 28,2025Charles was very friendly and helpful. He asked if I needed anymore tubing. Don't understand why it takes 2 - 3 days to get to me, when you offer 24 hr service on tank refills. I have to schedule appts according to how many tanks I have.
