I called my local provider AeroCare to report that my portable oxygen concentrator would no longer hold a charge. It was 5 years old and they sent Jacob but with a replacement this afternoon! Great service by a caring company!

Do not use this company I had to change insurance in December of 2024 because I lost my job and after paying all year long and a balance of $12 they are now saying I owe $850 for the machine because the agreement was with another insurance company, why would I have to pay for this device twice. This is unethical and robbery. Would highly recommend you do NOT use this company!!!!

i picked up my cpap machine and was charged 144.00 and was told i would be billed $6 a month for rental fees.The machine did not work for me so i returned it a week later and to my surprise i was charged $44 the next day I called Adapt and they returned the money after staying on the phone for almost an hour. I still do not know why they charged me.

Had an emergency with my o2 equipment and Danyelle was sent to the rescue. She was polite, and was there to replace our faulty machine in a reasonable time. She even provided us with information and instructions for our equipment that we have NEVER received in the 1.5yrs we have used Adapt. Since it was an emergency call, she was sent from a different location than what we normally use. I wish we could have her back to our area all the time. Heads and tails better service and knowledge in this one call than any other tech we have had out to our home for help. Thanks again!

I am taking the time out to send a kudo to Beth a representative with Adapthealth. She were patience with assisting me in getting a replaced equipment. She return to the call frequently to tell me what is going on and thanks me for holding and being patience. Way to go Beth!

The service I experienced today was exceptional! John Buenafuentes assembled my walker to my exact height. He arrived at the time he was scheduled to Arrive. Will definitely be recommending this place to others.

New machine. Charged $214.93 to credit card even though Medicare and supplement paid in full and said I should pay nothing. Spoke with Shaquan on 2/9 at 855-285-4988. Call recording #40493992. He said that the funds were unapplied and would not be refunded unless I called and requested a refund. I did and he ordered refund. Called today and spoke to Divine. She said refund was not approved yet and hung up on me. If you must deal with them, don't give them your credit card number. Trying to get Medicare to look into Medicare fraud.

Toni Raulerson did a wonderful job today setting me up on my new Resmed 11 cpap machine. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she took through the steps to correctly use the settings on the cpap machine. She was kind and resourceful when she helped me set up my sleep record account with Resmed. I couldn’t have done all the intricate steps needed without her assistance. Over the years Toni has been a marvelous reflection of Fletchers Medical mission statement to patients. Many thanks to Toni. She is the epitome of a perfect employee.

He was very professional. Called for appointment to suit me....was on time. Fixed the machine and explained what was wrong, and that he fixed it. Cleaned up his stuff.......and left quickly. Great employee.
