The staff at the actual store in Bardstown were great. Jessica our respiratory therapist was amazing. Knowledgeable and patient. The lady at the front desk was nice as well. Building was very clean. I only wish your billing department was just as good when I have to call them.

Waited for 2 months to get a new cpap machine. They kept saying they didn't get the info from the doctor's office, but the doctor's office said they sent the info multiple times. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of. They're customer service department is back east somewhere, not even in the same state let alone the same building. They is no way to talk with the manager. I can't wait any longer to get the new cpap machine since my current one already malfunctioned once. Do not do business with this company or you'll be sorry.

I enjoyed the class the instructor was awesome very knowledgeable it was a very comfortable setting they were able to answer questions that I had I believe that every place should be like this place

The only time Adapthealth will call me is when they are trying to sell me supplies. Twice I've seen Chest Medicine, and twice I've been told that Adapthealth would call to schedule an appointment. The first time Chest Medicine told me to give Adapthealth two weeks to call and - if they did not call - to let them (Chest Medicine) know. I waited about four weeks before calling Chest Medicine to let them know Adapthealth was not reaching out. I finally saw Adapthealth, but they were not able to help me with my CPAP machine (which I am not blaming them for). In any event, I again saw Chest Medicine in August of 2024, and the doctor said he would change my prescription for my CPAP machine. He told me I would again need to be seen by Adapthealth and that they (Adapthealth) would call to schedule an appointment. Said call from Adapthealth never happened. I called Chest Medicine to tell them Adapthealth had not called. The woman I spoke with said she would call Adapthealth and that I would hopefully get a call from them that same day. That was at least two months ago and no call has been forthcoming. I had to cancel my February 2025 appointment with Chest Medicine as I have not been seen my Adapthealth. It is frustrating as I cannot obtain life insurance without having a functioning CPAP machine.

Everyone is helpful. The technicians go the extra mile to answer all my questions and test the equipment to make sure everything is working. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers/patients.

Very flexible in organizing their training. Due to bad weather another person and I showed up the day after our appointments and they were able to work us in with the group already scheduled. Matt did a great job.
