I spoke with Tammy in Knoxville at the adapthealth office today. Have been trying to get supplies for two months.She took care of the problem found out why my supplies were on hold and assured me that my supplies will be shipped. Tammy was very professional and kind I will ask for her .Thank you Tammy and thank you areocare

My doctor prescribed me a rollaider and yesterday I got a bill for 75.00 and Medicaid has already paid them they are claiming that some part of this rollaider is not billable to insurance I was never told that and I have been on the phone with them all morning trying to figure out why I was never told this if I had been told I would have said nevermind my Medicaid pays 100%

Charles was just fantastic. He was professional, gentle in his approach in explaining the machine and incredibly gentle when he helped me pick out and put on the piece that goes over your face. I am claustrophobic. I don't like things on my face. Charles explained and showed how to put the pieces on my head and how to take it off. He showed me how to use the machine, step by step...put it together and take it apart. What an excellent young man he is- compassionate and kind. I think what also helped me is that Charlie uses a CPAP machine so he personally understood how it felt to approach this whole process of using a mask on one's face for the first time. He took me step by step thru the process of gradually turning up the air pressure. He was reassuring and calming when I first felt like I couldn't breath. He had me lay down, roll over and sit up with the mask on...which I also was anxious that having the mask would trap me in one position on the bed. Giving me time to see I could have freedom of movement was a big deal to me! I also appreciate that your front staff answered my calls, reached out to me, explained the financial costs, etc. They were were professional and kind. Finally, I am grateful that your bathroom was very clean.

XMED and its staff were efficient, super customer-oriented, and kind as my husband was recovering from pneumonia & needed O2 concentrator. In particular, Denise was patient to answer all my questions and persistent to seek the necessary documentation to quickly process the insurance requirements. The delivery was scheduled immediately upon approval, and shout-out to Dre who also patiently and thoroughly led us through a hands-on tutorial of the equipment. THANK YOU, Denise, Dre, and XMed for the great service and support during a stressful time.

Provider was punctual and helped fit the new mask. In additions she took the time to update my records to include my Pulmonologist name.

This company has the most courteous and friendly technicians that do the daily deliveries and the ladies in the office that answer the incoming phone calls are so nice and friendly. We’re so very happy with the service and all the personnel. They are all an asset to their company. We have recommended the company to others in need of oxygen.
