Craig Rullestad and trainee were great. They were friendly and professional, and answered my questions. Thank you, Craig and other gentleman (that I can't remember his name.. I am sorry about that.) I appreciate you guys:)

Called to have a hospital bed picked up because our love one passed away. automated system said i would be on hold for 4 minutes and one customer was ahead of me. 16 minutes later the phone went back to the directory. I entered my number for a call back that never came. Called back spoke with an agent that took my information on our loved one and was on hold for 28 minutes. i called back again and asked to speak with a manager, there is non. on hold again and told that the bed would be picked up between 8:30-5:30pm the driver would call when he was 30 minutes out. Our love one passed away we have to go to the funeral home, make arrangements and this was not supposed to be a big deal. I called at 4pm and was told they were coming between 3:30-5:30. I called at 6:00 to see if they were coming. spoke with after hours answering service @6:30pm and again at 7:10pm and was told each time they would call me back. At 7:30pm I missed the only call they ever made to me. The voicemail said the delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. We need to handle our affairs, make arrangements, make airport runs etc.. The bed is in our living room. A call, a caring soul, anything would have made things better. We didn’t get that. If you press #1 once in the automated directory to make a payment you will get a representative immediately.

Finally received an oxygen concentrator that was quiet and does not have any mechanical/electrical issues. The last two I had were either missing parts, or had power issues. But I received a newer version of the oxygen concentrator that I previously had and it works like a champ!

My visit to the Elmhurst facility was to pick up my new CPAP machine. Mary Ann was my technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very thorough explaining the set up, use and maintenance of the res Med CPAP. I brought my own mask, and she made sure I had a good mask fit. She answered all my questions I had and afterwards gave me a detailed print out of the instructions we covered. I truly appreciated all Mary Ann’s help and recommend her and this facility for all your CPAP needs.

i wish there was another place to get supplies and answers to problems with machine. can never get through on phone. have wasted over 6 hrs in the past 4 days trying to get through. even called main office and the manager could not get through. medbridge woodruff rd greenville sc

If you want to be treated poorly find out if you have to deal with this company. First they will talk to you like they are extorting funds from you. How is this? They explain bring money first then we will Explain why. Insurance companies use them because they are cheap, And it shows. Customer service people even sound miserable as they read the script, don’t bother asking questions, they should AI this part as I am sure it can be read better than the agent. Traveling Overseas got my order canceled, Thank you Ray Ward from AdaptHealth, even when I gave him a return date. Just disliked about everything this Company had to offer and I still did not get my Cpap machine! Service - SUCKS, Communication -SUCKS, Customer service - SUCKS, Employee attitudes - SUCKS. Good luck if you have to deal with them. Don’t ask the model number you’re getting, I never got brand name nor model number as you will probably find it cheaper on Cpap.com as they would not tell you. They will tell you that you have to pay your insurance portion and then they will add on 10 months of rental without explaining who receives the rental fee, my insurance company or them. They asked me for close to $900.00, comparing that to cpap.com that is paying retail price for many units NEVER got an answer to that “who gets the rental fee” question. The only reason that they could possibly be in business is that they are the cheapest that the insurance companies can find for this or maybe because the insurance companies allow them to charge the 10 month rental. Definitely does not have any customer satisfactions in their mission statement.

When my mother’s social worker put in the order I had no idea I would get a phone call so quickly from Adapthealth confirming the order. Even more surprised that it was being delivered the same day it was ordered. The delivery driver, Kemoni, kept me informed of the approx time to expect delivery and when he arrived was courteous and professional. Thank you.

Anthony Colon was my tech and he was just awesome. He made sure I had what I needed to navigate this health journey. Even right down to a bottle of water for my oxygen.
