Your local people are great! Julio, was kind and helpful, the local office is a 4.5 - 5.0 Your “parent” company is horrible! Training is definitely needed at the corporate level. Dealing with the AdaptHealth HO folks is frustrating. They are the pillar of indifference and were rude and could barely speak English!

Explained the CPAC set up well and patiently answered all my questions, very knowledgable about various masks and their comfort levels depending upon a person's sleep and breathing style. I felt very comnfortable talking with Deb.
Everything seemed straight forward and directions seemed easy to follow. I do like the screen on the actual machine to see how well I slept or not.
I have been trying to place a supply order for over 6 weeks. The departments do not communicate with each other and the general response I received was "I can't help you and I am going to transfer you to _____ department" I am on hold as I write this and still do not have an order confirmation. I am having to use old supplies until I get this corrected.
The technician i met with patty was so nice and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, reassured me when I was unsure and clearly explained everything I needed to know. I feel very confident in my c-pap machine and it's operation.
Billy provided excellent service to me and my family when we needed it most. He was very kind, helpful, and did a great job. Everything was clearly explained and he was very careful and considerate when moving a hospital bed in for my dad. I highly recommend them for any medical equipment needs.

Instructor was absolutely phenomenal. I have been using a cpap machine for 15 years and this was the first time that I was in a class room setting where the instructor gave detail instructions and covered everything for various mask, setup, maintenance and insurance.
Once I found correct phone number call for help No phone # on old unit. Doctor’s office hooked me up. Kevin came promptly and set me up and put a big sticker with phone number!
