Feb 04,2025Your local people are great! Julio, was kind and helpful, the local office is a 4.5 - 5.0 Your “parent” company is horrible! Training is definitely needed at the corporate level. Dealing with the AdaptHealth HO folks is frustrating. They are the pillar of indifference and were rude and could barely speak English!

Explained the CPAC set up well and patiently answered all my questions, very knowledgable about various masks and their comfort levels depending upon a person's sleep and breathing style. I felt very comnfortable talking with Deb.

Feb 04,2025I have been trying to place a supply order for over 6 weeks. The departments do not communicate with each other and the general response I received was "I can't help you and I am going to transfer you to _____ department" I am on hold as I write this and still do not have an order confirmation. I am having to use old supplies until I get this corrected.

Feb 01,2025Instructor was absolutely phenomenal. I have been using a cpap machine for 15 years and this was the first time that I was in a class room setting where the instructor gave detail instructions and covered everything for various mask, setup, maintenance and insurance.
