From speaking to a rep who explained the different options and handled the insurance, to the great communication throughout (texts, phone calls) and finally leading to the delivery and brought into my house. Jan 25,2025Holly did a very good job with scheduling and re-scheduling my appointment since it was time-sensitive. George was patient, kind and thorough. He did a very good job addressing my problems with the new mask, adjusting my machine and ordering a smaller head gear which will increase the wearing comfort, and will decrease the probability of a mask leak. Thanks!
