The trainer was very professional and thorough and helped me to understand how to run my CPAP machine effectively and safely for my health. They definitely put the patience needs an interests first. Great experience.

We are relatively new to using this service via Medicare and I have been so impressed with the speed that we were able to get the equipment that my husband needed, as well as getting equipment replaced. Everyone I have talked to has been so very helpful.
It has been three weeks and I still don’t have my Cpap machine. Iv gone in twice, called multiple times, been on hold for an hour. Do not do business with this company.
Holly did a very good job with scheduling and re-scheduling my appointment since it was time-sensitive. George was patient, kind and thorough. He did a very good job addressing my problems with the new mask, adjusting my machine and ordering a smaller head gear which will increase the wearing comfort, and will decrease the probability of a mask leak.
