Jan 29,2025Thr Salida staff is awesome, however, paperwork handling between the doctors office and adapthealth was atrocious, the doctors office had to send the same documents over 4times to get the approval "required" even MORE document than was needed was sent multiple times.

Jan 28,2025My complaint about Adapt Health in Olympia is in regards to their customer service. After leaving Puget Sound Health I tried to pick up the wheel chair and walker from Adapt Health and was met with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. The receptionist would not answer my questions in regards to the equipment. I asked what type of walker was ordered and was told that the order just says “walker” and she would not tell me more. I then asked if I could pick up the walker and see if it would work form us. Again I was told no because the wheelchair was coming from another vender so I was unable to look at it either. I was told that we missed our delivery date of the sixteenth of January. That was strange do to the fact she was not discharged until the seventeenth of January. I told the receptionist to have the chair delivered on the twenty third and again no cooperation. Instead they tried to deliver the chair when we were not there. We had a delivery scheduled for three o’clock on the seventeenth but the driver said that he knocked on the door but no one answered which is BS since we were there. I think the driver did not show up because it was late Friday afternoon and he or she had other plans, my guess. We therefore decided to cancel our orders for the wheelchair and walker from Adapt Health and let our doctor arrange a delivery with another company. Needless to say, I would not recommend using Adapt Health as a vender.
